Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental drug overdose. That is the conclusion we were given yesterday, now the inquest into her sons death gets underway. Daniel died in September, just a few days after his new sister Dannielynn was born in the Bahamas. Daniel was at the hospital when he died. The inquest, according to a source close to the case, will focus on Howard K. Stern's involvement. Oh, side not on Anna's death. In her hotel room, where she died, there was slim fast on the nightstandA...NOT Trimspa!!!
Britney and Justin...back together again? Well, in the studio that is. There are rumors that Justin is reaching out to help Britney bounce back and he thinks a remake of the Marvin Gaye song, "You're All I Need To Get By." No word on whether or not this is true.
Britney Spears just wanted to pray. She just wanted to go to church on Sunday, but her morning ended with her bodyguard pulling a gun on a photographer. Britney was at the Bel Air Presbyterian Church in LA...a regular haunt of celebs who love to pray. The photographer tried to snap Spears praying and the gun was pulled. Oooooooh.
"J"....the MySpace girl who is on day 10 of her hunger strike to get Sanjaya kicked off "American Idol" is apparently too weak to post an online video. "J" wrote a blog instead and said she was shocked how weak and tired she was. "J"...who clearly hates Sanjaya enough to not each until he is gone...says don't try this at home, "it is not fun."
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are expecting their first child together. Honestly, I have no idea if it is true or not. You're guess is as good as mine.
Jessica Simpson won a sports car last year at the MTV Awards. She instead asked that the show give her a minivan. Not for her and John Mayer, but for an orphanage she visited in Mexico a few years ago. Jessica said she was touched by the kids there and wanted to give them the van. How nice.
Comedian Eddie Griffin crashed a $1.2 million dollar Ferrari Enzo into a concrete wall during a charity event at Irwindale Speedway...leaving the car a twisted mess of metal. It happened during the rehearsals for the "Race For The Cause." Griffin was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, but no injuries were reported.
Mario Lopez could be the replacement for Bob Barker on "The Price Is Right." Barker will be leaving after 35 years as the host of the show. Mario has reportedly been offered $10 million to host the show, but he can't decide. Lopez is said to be worried about other projects and scheduling.
Eminem and ex-wife Kim Mathers have agreed in court to not like each other...but to shut up about it. The two have been publicly ripping each other in the media for some time, but now the two say its best for their daughter to just zip it.
During Timbaland's party last week at Club PM, the rapper/producer introduced a track from his new album 'Timbaland Presents Shock Value' featuring Nicole from the Pussycat Dolls. That is when Timbaland said, "She's no longer [with the Dolls]...she's by herself." That is when Nicole shushed him.

Jessica Simpson wanted to show her dad Joe just how much she appreciates all he does for her....by buying him a $300,000 Ferrari! Joe had his eye on the black sportscar for some time now, but just couldnt justify spending that kind of money on a toy. Well, Jess surprised dad with the gift and apparently he was thrilled. I think it was a gift that will buy her some peace and quiet for a little longer while she takes some time off to tour with John Mayer.
There could be some trouble ahead for the Jolie-Pitt clan! The heroin-addicted mother of their newest son Pax...apparently never signed over her son for adoption. When Pax was born, his mother abandoned him two days later and his grandmother signed over the rights for him to be adopted. Now, the family is worried that the mother will try and get money from Jolie or Pitt...to just go away. Pax's grandmother said she was thrilled he has been welcomed into just a wonderful home, but says her daughter is very smart and will most likely try and get some money.
Britney Spears was admitted to Century City Hospital last night for some emergency work on one of her teeth? I didn't know I could go to the emergency room for my teeth!! Sources say Brit was experiencing some serious pain in one of her molars and then left the hospital about an hour later. Uh-oh. Am I the only person who thinks Britney is just trying to get pain medicine?? Britney's rrep Larry Rudolph said the stories online about a new tailspin are all wrong and she just had a toothache.
Meanwhile, Kevin Federline was in Las Vegas at the same time Britney was in the hospital, partying with Shar Jackson!! It was Kevin's big birthday weekend and apparently, he spent it with Shar and his kids. Now, I don't know if this is ALL his kids or just the ones he had with Shar.
Denise Richards and Pam Anderson have been named in a lawsuit filed by two photographers who say the women assaulted them at the River Rock Casino in Vancouver, Canada while they were filming "Blonde & Blonder." The photographers apparently made Denise mad when she saw him taking pictures of her and she grabbed his laptop. After they argued, she tossed it off a blacony. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police did not press charges against Denise, but then arrested the photographers after Richards told police the men had done something illegal. The two men were then held in custody for three days.
Former Doritos spokesperson/actress Ali Landry and husband Alejandro Gomez Monteverde are expecting their first child together. A source close to the couple says, "It's all very hush-hush...no one knows."

Britney Spears lawyers won a small battle in London's high court. Britney's team won an emergency injunction to stop any further leaks concerning her time at the Promises Rehab Center in Malibu. Lawyers for Spears also asked a judge to order media outlets to require that they print the names of their sources on these leaks.
K-Fed is not loaded after all. We heard yesterday that Kevin Federline would get $20 million from Britney Spears in their divorce settlement, but I guess that was incorrect. The prenup Kevin signed was pretty ironclad and he will still only get $1 million.
Gisele Bundchen is finally denying reports that she has a bun in the oven with Tom Brady. Gisele was on a Spanish TV show and said the rumors are crazy and there is no way she would get pregnant right now...since she has so many contracts to fullfil. Gisele says she is too young to have a child right now, but does want it in the future. Brady, Patriots quarterback, is currently expecting his first child with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moyhahan.
Lindsay Lohan's mom Dina was pulled from the lineup on "The View" since Rosie hates her. Dina was going to talk about Lindsay and shoot down reports that she is a party mom and that Lindsay is an alcoholic. Rosie is very open about her dislike for Dina and producers canceled the appearance after consulting with O'Donnell.
Jennifer Hudson was dropped by Starbucks after her agent made some crazy demands over a performance. Hudson was slated to perform yesterday at the Starbucks annual shareholders meeting here in Seattle. But...then the demands started . 5 towncars for herself, hairdresser, makeup artists, security and her agent. The group also said they needed several humidifiers, but that wasnt the straw that broke the camel's back. The breaking point came when the group said Jennifer needed BAKED chicken wings at exactly 10am. Starbucks chairman Howard Schultz had enough at this point and pulled the plug because he didnt like the way her people treated his people. Of course, Hudsons people say Jennifer was never involved in any of the demands and the list of things needed were never approved by Jennifer.

"People" magazine has purchased the first pictures of the newest edition of the Jolie-Pitt clan...little Pax Thien Jolie Pitt. Katie Holmes is allegedly fed up with Tom Cruise and his demandind and controlling behavior. Katie has been crying on the shoulder of Victoria Beckham, who she calls and talks to for hours about Tom and how unhappy she is. US Weekly says Katie is frustrated since Tom is denying her every single thing she wants. Posh gets it completely, since she is also over Tom has bugged her nonstop about joining the church of Scientology. Apparently, in a one hour period, Tom left 18 messages at the Beckham house trying to get them to join the church.
Nicole Richies rep says Nicole is suffering from hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia is when your blood sugar levels drop too low to provide enough energy for your body's activities. Nicole has been filming the fifth season of "The Simple Life" and this time they are counselors at fat camp. Already, four or five times, Nicole has felt faint and had to stop filming. The first week of filming she had to go to the hospital for dehydration. Now, I'm no expert, but I think EATING and drinking some water would help remedy the problem.
Brandy may be out as a judge on the talent show "America's Got Talent." Brandy caused a car accident on LA's I-405 freeway which killed a woman. Sharon Osbourne has been considered to fill the spot.
There could be a show bringing Laverne and Shirly back to TV. Do you care? I don't, but here are the details. Penny Marshall and Cindy Williams will be teamed up on TV Land for a buddy comedy called "Penny and Cindy."
Jamie Kennedy will be starring in a new pilot for FOX called "Lee and Me." The show will star Jamie and Lee Majors, the former bionic man. Kennedy's character who has chronic back pain and goes to a homemade bionic surgery at a lab run by the former "Bionic Man" Lee Majors, who become obsessed with bionics after the show.
Vivica A. Fox was arrested for suspicion of DUI late Tuesday in California. The former "Dancing with the Stars" contestant was busted driving 80 miles per hour in a 2007 Cadillac Escalade on the 101 freeway around the San Fernando Valley. She was unable to complete a field sobriety test and was arrested for driving under the influence. Vivica also failed two breathalyzer tests. Fox was cited and released on her own recongnizance and ordered to appear in court.
Larry "Bud" Melman...the old guy with the dark rimmed glasses on "The David Letterman Show" has passed away after a long illness. Melman was 85.
Former "Desperate Houswives" star Jesse Metcalfe has checked himself into rehab at an "undisclosed" location. It was in the news earlier this week that Metcalfe was banned from the Mondrian Hotel in Hollywood for being drunk and disorderly for 4 days straight and being rude to the staff.
Britney Spears is out of rehab, but that doesnt mean the kids get automatically handed back over to her. Kevin Federline still has custody and now Britney has to work and prove she is healthy, before the babies get to go home with her. Sean Preston and Jayden James are currently living with Kevin, who is getting help from Britney's mom Lynn and his own mom. Kevin has also been awarded a $20 million dollar divorce settlement from Britney...for their TWO years of marriage.

Brit Brit is free again!! Britney Spears has left The Promises Rehab Center in Malibu after she completed her "minimum stay" program. Britney left yesterday, no word on where she is now or whether or not she has gotten the kids back. Friends close to Spears say she is also freaking out because she is close to being bankrupt and worries about how she is going to get money. In the last two years alone, Britney and Kevin have spent $21 million of her $32 million dollar fortune.
The judge in the Anna Nicole Smith paternity case ordered DNA testing on Howard K. Stern. The judge also has ordered the same testing on Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead. The testing will be done in the Bahamas and there should be results by the beginning of next week.
"Prison Break" has been signed on for a third season. Fox had made the announcement that the show will be back for the 2007-2008 season.
Nicole Richies health is taking a toll on everyone on the set of the new "The Simple Life." Nicole has been dehydrated and in the hospital and has now suffered a collapse on the set and had to be taken to her trailer. Nicole's weight is still dangerously thin and people on the set say she has felt woozy and had to sit down.
Vince Vaughnn was drunk and disorderly the other night at Katsu-ya Sushi in Studio City, CA. Witnesses say Vince showed up puffy and inebriated and then proceeded to throw back some saki and have a loud breakdown. The witnesses say, "Vince was talking so loudly about how terrrible everything is, how disappointing women are, and how crazy the movie business is. He was talking about 120 miles per hour and it was complaint, complaint, complaint. Vince looked horrible too, like he hadn't slept in days. His eyes were puffy, and he looked unkempt. He kept throwing his hands in the air, like he wanted to hit someone." While Vince was on his tirade, a 10 year old boy came up and asked for an autograph and Vince rolled his eyes. Vince then said to his friend, "This is what I mean, am I suppose to say no to this kid?" He then signed the autograph, but didnt look happy.
Paris Hilton is single again. Paris has dumped Greek shipping heir Stavros Niarchos. Friends say she has been bored of the relationship for quite some time now. Paris is already onto the next guy, Josh Henderson from "Desperate Housewives." Josh dated Ashley Simpson waaay before the nose job, but dumped her when his career started to take off.

Benji Madden of Good Charlotte gushes when he talks about his fiance Australian actress/pop star Sophie Monk. Now, we will know why. Sophie will be taking it all off for the Aussie women's magazine "Madison." Sophie is just as smitten with Madden, saying it doesnt matter how much money you have in this lifetime if you dont have people around you that you love. Aaaaah.
The family of 17 year old American Idol contestant Sanjaya Malakar say the GIANT smile is all a front and he is really hiding sadness from all the horrible reviews he has gotten about his singing. The family says he is young and sensitive and it's hard for him to now go out and perform and not let it bother him. I think he will be gone this week anyway.
There is a new nasty photo of Paris Hilton on the internet and let me just say, you may not want to see it...if you dont want to see Paris on her knee's holding the private parts rapper Cee-Lo. There is no word on whether or not this picture is authentic, but apparently it is known that Paris is a huge Gnarls Barkley fan and it looks like she would do anything to get close to the band in this shot. Paris even considered remaking "Crazy" for her last CD.
Vivid Video (on the eve of the release of "Kim Kardashian, Superstar!") says they have offered Ray J a 4 picture deal to direct adult films for them. Vivid video CEO Steven Hirsh says he was so impressed with Ray J and his sense of camera work that they want him to do more projects with him. Hirsh says "Our first conversations were very uncomfortable, but after continuing to talk, the possibility was definitely in the air."

Britney Spears Aunt Chandra says she doesnt need The Promises Center in Malibu to get better, she just needs the bayou breeze of Louisiana to get her straightened out. Brt's aunt says it's heartbreaking to see what has happened to Britney this past year and remembers the good times. Aunt Chandra says "It would give her a chance to breath some fresh air and take time to discover herself again."
Former "Desperate Housewives" star Jesse Metcalfe has been banned from Hollywood's Mondrain Hotel, after four straight days of partying and treating the staff like crap. A hotel rep says no official ban has been placed on him, his rep did not comment.

Britney Spears was busted making out with a fellow patient...in the bushes outside the Promises Center in Malibu. Spears was first playing tennis with the guy, with her ballcap with fake hair attached, then at some point they moved to the bushes for a passionate makeout session. The two were apparently pulled apart by staff and seperated.
Meanwhile, friends of Kevin Federline say he and Britney Spears will not be getting back together. They said Kevin has really supported Brit through rehab, but doesnt want to go there again romantically.
Cher is also showing her love to Britney, sending her a big care package while she is in rehab. The basket included giant fudge brownies with white frosting, fashion magazines, silk pajamas and scented candles.
The agency that handled Angelina Jolie's adoption in Vietnam says she did not recieve any special treatment. The US-based agency Adoption From The Heart said Angelina and Brad began the process last summer and are wrapping their adoption up in a normal amount of time. Angie is in Vietnam currently, waiting on her new sons passport to be approved, before he can head to his new home in New Orleans. Maddox is with Jolie meeting his new brother.
Beyonce treated boyfriend Jay-Z to a romantic Mexican getaway after there were reports that the two were having problems. Beyonce took Jay to Punta de Mita, where they stayed in a $11,000 per night villa. Then, she shocked him one more time with a trip to Mexico City for a Coldplay concert.
Jay-Z was seen last week at a Nets game with Rihanna. The two were enjoying themselves until Jay saw the paparazzi taking their picture, then made an assistant sit between them. Beyonce was at the House of Dereon Media Center in Hourson announcing her world tour.

Clive Davis has told Whitney Houston to stop seeing Ray J or he will no longer work with her on her comeback. Clive, who is a record industry BIG wig, feels Ray J is not the kind of person he wants around Whitney while he is trying to convince the world she has cleaned up her act. Whitney has never admitted in public that she and Ray J are a couple.
Music producer Dallas Austin has made some shocking comments during a recent interview. Dallas claims Christina Aguilera and Joss Stone have both traded sex for tracks. Austin says Christina had sex with him and five of his friends, and he says Joss had sex with him as well as his best friend. Dallas also says he thinks its the same situation with Joss now seeing the producer of her last CD, Raphael Saadiq.

The Jolie-Pitt clan may officially have a new member. Angelina and Maddox were in Vietnam today, putting the finishing touches on the adoption of a 3 year old boy named Pham Quang Sang. Well, that was his name for 3 years atleast. Now, Pham will go by Pax Thien Jolie. Pax means "peace" in Latin (isnt he Vietnamese?) and Thien means "kind and good" or "helpful" in Vietnamese. The little boy was issued his U.S. Passport today and hopefully will be living in the lap of luxury by weeks end.
Madonna's former nanny, Melissa Dumas, has had her deal with Crown Books canceled and the rights to her tell-all returned to her. Dumas had planned to tell the world about Madonna and Guy Richies relationship, their children's behavior and what not, but it seems Madonna's legal team got to the publisher and scared the number two out of them before the deal could even be finalized. Oh well, I wouldnt have bought it anyway.
Britney Spears has been abusing the staff at the Promises Center in Malibu while she is rehab, making crazy demands and even asking if she could hire a maid to clean up after her. The staff believes she is acting out since she didnt really want to be in rehab in the first place, but was forced to in able to keep her kids. One source said, "She has a seriously bad attitude problem. She's been very demanding, acts like a 12 year old and throws temper tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants. She refuses to clean up after herself and even asked if she could hire a maid! She's asking for this and that, special food, special everything and she's not that nice to anyone. She keeps saying she is just sick from postpartum depression and that she does not have any real addiction problem, which is a joke. She has an addiction." Another source says Britney is keeping herself happy by drinking up to a case of Coca-Cola a day! Does she know how many calories are in that???
Justin Timberlake is apparently reaching out to Britney, but if you ask me, he probably sent her over the deep end this time. Justin sent Britney a note in rehab letting her know he would be there for her when she is done and offered to visit her while she is there. Witnesses say Britney was overwhelmed by the letter, she couldnt even catch her breath. Justin went on in the letter, letting Brit know that if they had fallen in love just a few years later then they had, they would probably be married now with kids. Hello? What does he think this will do to her, make her feel better?????
Is Rachel Bilson dating Hayden Christensen? The two just filmed the movie "Jumper" together and have now been spotted at lunch Wednesday, feeding each other off the others plate and acting like they were all into each other. Rachel did have a friend come along, but witnesses say she looked like a third wheel.
Kirsten Dunst wants to be a pop star? Well, I'm not sure if she will sing pop music, but Kiki is taking singing lessons currently, with the hopes of starting a music career.
Bobby Brown is back to reality TV, but now he just needs to find a network willing to air his new show. Bobby wants to follow in the footsteps of Flavor Flav and do a dating reality show, where 20 women will be fighting over him, while wearing thong bikinis...cooking for him. Yep, I know, sad...yet intriguing!!
Janet Jackson may be preggers! Janet got a routine checkup before she started filming the new Tyler Perry film "Why Did I Get Married?" and found out she was pregnant with Jermaine Dupri's baby! Janet's camp is working overtime now trying to come up with a schedule that works for the film and impending mommyhood.

Britney Spears has found love...in rehab. Wow, that's romantic. Britney met the lead guitarist from the band Riva, 33 year old Jason Filyaw at an AA meeting and they have been inseperable ever since. How are you inseperable at AA? Sorry for all the questions, I'm just confused. Anyway, the two plan to move in together as soon as they are out of rehab. Britney calls Jason Mr. Secret, Underground Guy and J-Sun, while his pet names for her include Sugar, Kitten and My Lady. Aaaaah.
Lindsay Lohan ran over a member of the paparazzi last night...but to be honest, I may be on her side on this one. The guy apparently threw himself in front of her BMW while she tried to leave a New York City nightclub on Tuesday night. The police let Lindsay leave the scene, but called her back a few hours later. The photographer was taken to a local hospital and treated for a bruised knee, but there seems to be video proof that the accident was his fault. Oh, side not, did you know Lindsay is hooked up with Jude Law? That is just a rumor.
Tori Spelling had a baby boy yesterday in LA. She and her husband Dean McDermott welcomed six pound, six ounce Liam Aaron McDermott at a Los Angeles hospital. The baby is the first for Spelling, second for Dean.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's daughter, Shiloh, has made her film debut! Shiloh was used in the new Pitt movie "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" when the twins hired for the film were too fussy. Brad thought of the plan and apparently Shiloh was a complete professional during the entire shoot. Shiloh will be playing Cate Blanchett's character as a baby.
Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes may not be getting along. Witnesses at Tom's sons basketball game say the two arrived seperately and didnt speak to each other the entire game. The source say the two looked miserable and another insider says Tom thinks Katie is getting too assertive. Katie planned to take Suri with her while she filmed the movie "Mad Money" in Louisiana, but now Tom plans to tag along. Tom also thinks Katie has drifted from the path and that she needs to be retrained in Scientology. Tom had already had Katie undergo a purification process to "free herself from any emotional problems she may be having, which includes a five hour sauna to cleanse the poisons from her body.
Larry Birkhead was in an LA court again yesterday...again, asking a judge to force Howard K. Stern to take a paternity test to prove Dannielynn is really his daughter. The lawyer for Birkhead says Stern cannot hide behind a fake birth certificate forever. No word on when the judge will rule on that request.

Former "American Idol" finalist Mario Vasquez is facing accusations that he tried to masturbate in front of a male employee in a bathroom on the set of the show in February 2005. Then...shortly thereafter, Vasquez mysteriously dropped out of "Idol," citing personal reasons. According to the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The lawsuit says Vazquez allegedly "sexually harassed" Magdaleno Olmos, assistant accountant for Fremantle Media, the company that produces American Idol. In the lawsuit, Olmos claims "Vazquez stared lasciviously, smiled lasciviously ... and on one occasion followed him into a bathroom ... knocked on the door of the plaintiff's stall and made eye contact through the space in the stall door."The lawsuit alleges that Vazquez "started to rub his genitals over his pants. Attempting to leave the bathroom, Olmos opened the door of the stall and saw Vazquez standing in front of him with his pants down masturbating."According to the documents, Vazquez pushed Olmos "further into the stall and continued masturbating with one hand and trying to pull down Olmos' pants with another hand."Olmos claims that he tried to "cover his body with his hands" but Vazquez touched his "chest and stomach underneath his shirt, and Olmos' "genitals" as Vazquez "attempted to unzip" Olmos' pants. Vazquez then allegedly asked Olmos "if he wanted oral sex." In the lawsuit, Olmos claims that as he "managed to get out of the stall, and attempted to leave the bathroom," Vazquez, grabbed his arm "in an effort to stop him." Vazquez continued to call Olmos to come back as Vazquez "stood in the bathroom with his pants still down."In the suit, Olmos claims that he tried to report the incident to a superior named Eric LaPointe, who allegedly responded by telling Olmos that "he was crazy" and "repeatedly threatening to fire" him. A few months after the incident, Olmos claims he was "terminated." In addition to suing Vazquez, Olmos has named FOX Entertainment and Fremantle Media as defendants in his lawsuit for wrongful termination. Reps from FOX ave said, "We haven't been served, but we wouldn't comment on pending litigation." No one from Vazquez's camp has commented. Wow...this one could get awkward.

There are new pictures out there, which may be sold to the highest bidder, this time of Britney Spears changing clothes in the middle of a New York City nightclub before rehab. Britney apparently disliked her outfit, decided to switch clothes with a go-go dancer friend and did it in front of everyone. The person with the video is asking $150,000.
Britney Spears is not taking her AA meetings very seriously. Britney left her last meeting before it even hit the halfway point. Spears was seen leaving the meeting with a handler and 4 bodyguards so she could go smoke in her SUV with her feet up. Matthew Perry and Michael Bolton were also in the meeting. Wait, am I suppose to say who is in an AA meeting? Is that wrong?
DJ AM and Mandy Moore are no longer a couple. The two dated for a short time, but there are reports that Mandy ended the relationship. DJ AM was also quoted not too long ago saying he wanted to find another high profile girlfriend after Nicole Richie, since their breakup cost him a lot of cash he was being offered to DJ events since he was in the news.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have decided to stay in New Orleans for an extended amount of time. The two bought a mansion in the French Quarter, but say they only planned to stay for a month. Now, the two love it and feel relaxed there. Angie also says she loves the other parents at their kids school and wants to continue to work on helping the school system. Brad continues to rebuild the city. Man, these two are amazing. I feel so lazy.
Sylvester Stallone was officially charged with illegally importing 48 vials of human growth hormone into Australia. The actor was busted when he tried to bring 5 boxes of Jintropin through customs. If he is found guilty he could pay up to $22,000 in fines.

Britney Spears can add bulimia to her list of problems she is battling. The ever so reliable Promises Center in Malibu has a staffer leaking more information, this time saying Britney broke down in tears in counseling revealing her struggle with bulimia since she was 16. Britney says she managed to stop the habit when she was pregnant with Sean and Jayden, but then started it again to try and lose baby weight. The alleged source claims Britney was a mess when she came in, she was shaking and had hot flashes. This was in her first week of detox, but the source says she is improving. It was Spears eating disorder which hampered her recovery at the beginning, since she would take her medicine, then throw it up after breakfast and lunch.
Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony may not be getting along behind closed doors. Sources close to the couple say they even fought on New Years Eve. The couple were also spotted arguing at the Super Bowl and again at an album-listening party in Miami two months ago. Some of the arguments are supposedly about kids and when they are going to start their own family, other arguments are about Scientology, which Marc wants to be a part of. Maybe they argued about how unattractive Marc is? Or about the fact Jennifer is just too hot to be married to skeletor?
James Brown's body has finally been laid to rest...for now. Brown died two months ago and his body had been kept on ice, almost literally, but now he is in a crypt at the home of one of his daughters in South Carolina. The family is still planning on moving Brown to a public mausoleum once it is built. No word on the location.
Paris Hilton will be dropped by her record label within in the next few weeks. According to the Daily Star, the decision is mutual since Paris' music career flopped. Insiders say the label was not happy with the response and Paris is now bored with the whole thing.
Jessica Simpson plans to release a book with pictures she has taken (landscape, clouds, rain...) along with her thoughts on each one. Wow, that will be boring. All I can think of is "Deep Thoughts with Jack Handy."
Colin Farrell went to In-N-Out burger in Hollywood the other day wish his girlfriend and their toddler son. They went through the drive-thru and left with their food. Then, hours later, Colin came back and asked the spicey latina girl working the drive-thru out on a date. She accepted and they went out after she got off work.
No comment from the reps of Gisele Bundchen on whether or not she is expecting a baby with Tom Brady. Of course, Tom and his ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan are expecting a baby as well. Gisele, if truly knocked up, would be about 2 months along.
Starbucks is launching its own record label, and it hopes Paul McCartney will be its first act. No announcement yet, but it could come as early as this week.
The Aspen Ski Patrol had to lead actors Rob Morrow ("Numb3rs"), Chad Lowe (Hilary Swanks ex) and Fisher Stevens (no clue what he is known for...) to safety after they and a few other skiers got lost in the snow and fog and ended up out of bounds over the weekend. The three stars, and I use that term loosely, were lost but then stumbled across some other skiers who also got lost. The group used a cell phone to call for help and were found the same day.
Simon Cowell says he will quit "American Idol" if Sanjaya Malakar wins. Simon is still pissed that Sanjaya beat out Sundance Head for a spot in the top 12. Cowell says, "He is not going to win. I won't be back if he does!"

Salma Hayek has a bun in the over! Salma, who is 40, is now engaged and expecting her first child with her French billionaire businessman fiance Francois-Henri Pinault. Francois is 44 and not all that hot. Its amazing what cash will get you.
Madonna may have taken some tips on parenting from Britney Spears. Madonna was seen getting into a car with her 17 month old son David, putting him on her lap and driving off. David was not strapped into a carseat but Madonna's reps say she did nothing illegal. Now, in the defense of Madge...she wasnt driving.
Meanwhile, Madonna is probably not too happy, since a former nanny is writing a tell-ll about the Richie family. The book will talk about Madonna and Guy's relationship, their kids, adopting David Banda from Malawi.

There are reports out of Brazil that Gisele Bundchen might be pregnant with Tom Brady's baby. She would be no more than two months pregnant, but the report says she may have already told friends and family. The news comes just weeks after Brady's ex, Bridget Moynahan, said she was pregnant with his child. Man, he is gonna need to wear a catchers mit to catch all his babies that will be popping out at the same time!

"Prison Break" star Lane Garrison went in front of a judge in a Beverly Hills court yesterday on charges of vehicular manslaughter, but lane didnt enter a plea on the charges. Judge Eldon Fox pushed the formal arraignment to April 11. Garrison faces one felony charge of vehicular manslaughter, along with three other charges stemming from a tragic Beverly Hills car crash last December that left one of his three teenage passengers dead.If convicted, Garrison faces six years in prison. The D.A. had asked that Garrison be released on $200,000 bail, but that amount was reduced to $100K. Judge Fox ordered that Garrison refrain from driving a vehicle. Garrison was also told he couldn't drink alcoholic beverages and he couldn't have contact with any victims.

Lindsay Lohan says she has not been romantically involved with all the people the tabloids put her with. Lindsay joked in a recent interview that her mom told her she would be dead if she had actually been with all the guys that people have written about. I don't know what that means. Anyway, Lindsay was seen heading back to her house with a dude by the name of Rob Patterson, who is the TOURING guitarist for Korn. That mean, he doesn't even play with the band regularly, just while touring.
Good Charlotte lead singer Joel Madden is being investigated by the Beverly Hills Police Department, after a female Paparazzo says she was hit in the breast by Joel after she tried to take his picture. The woman says he hit her with the heel of her hand and she had to seek medical treatment. Hours later, Joel supposedly shoved another photographer outside Mr. Chow in Beverly Hills while trying to shield his girlfriend Nicole Richie. If you ask me, the paparazzi deserves it since they get in these peoples faces every moment of their lives. Good for you Joel!!
Beyonce's sister Solange and her husband Daniel Smith have called it quits. The two have been together for 3 years and have a baby together. A friend of the family thinks the two were never married though, since they just stopped seeing each other when things deteriorated and there was never any news of divorce papers or custody.
Jay-Z has signed a deal to sell Rocawear clothing company for $204 million in cash to the Iconix Brand Group, which licenses and markets brands such as Candies, Joe Boxer, Mudd, London Fog and Ocean Pacific. Jay will also see $35 million in stocks if Rocawear meets sales expectations over the next three to five years.

There is another woman coming forward saying she has a baby with Usher. Do you remember that it was a baby he made with a woman other then his girlfriend which broke up his relationship with Chili from TLC? The latest is a class act. Her name is Kajuana and she actually called an LA radio station to announce the birth of their child! She says she had the baby 15 days ago and that it was all because of a quick fling they had in Vegas. The little girl was named Su'Miracle Ushy'Ra. I don't even know how to say that. The woman has apparently been in contact with Ushers mom and is currently seeking DNA testing.
Jay Z also has a child, but according to this baby momma, Jay actually paid her $1 million to keep his name off the birth certificate! That sucks. He is freakin adorable...so I don't know how he could blow him off. Jay isn't actually blowing him off completely, he is paying for the child and even Beyonce knows about the little boy who is 4 years old now. Since the little boys mom is making rounds on gossip sights, I'm assuming she wants more money?
John Travolta is actually using Anna Nicole Smith's death to pimp Scientology's drug rehab program, Narconon. Doesn't that sound like an unknown planet? John worked with Anna on "Be Cool" and says he regrets not trying to help her. Narconon has been criticized since its primarily a ton of running, a butt load of vitamins and long sauna sessions. Justin Timberlake and Pink are two of the stars that have reached out and tried to support Britney while she tries to stick it out in rehab. Justin had to leave a message for her, since she cant accept calls while there. Timberlake wished her the best and told her to get healthy and come back as the Britney he knows. Justin also asked Lynn, Brits mom, to keep him in the loop on her recovery. Pink and Mary J. Blige also dropped her a note, letting her know they are thinking of her.
