50 Cent says Hilary for president!!! 50 says, “I’d like to see Hilary Clinton be president. It would be nice to see a woman be an actual president and this is a way for us to have Bill Clinton be president again, and he did a great job during his term.”

The producers of the upcoming biopic “Notorious” have shot down rumors that Sean Kingston has landed the role of Christopher “Notorious B.I.G.” Wallace. A number of sources say Kingston is up for the role, but no final choice has been made.

Terrifying news today. Amy Winehouse, who just left rehab for the second time and got into a bloody fight with her husband, is rumored to be trying to get pregnant!! What??? Yeah, sources close to the singer say she wants to be a mother.

Did you know Britney Spears makes $737,868 a month?!! I had no clue. The newest legal papers released to the public from the Kevin Federline/Britney Spears child custody battle show what Kevin’s lawyers claim is her monthly income. Mark Kaplan wants Britney to pay him for the roughly $50,000 bill Kevin will see after the whole legal disaster is over.

Britney Spears former manager, Larry Rudolph, was finally subpoenaed to testify about what kind of a mother Britney is. I think it sounds a bit planned, since Rudolph was served at Sunset Tan!! Yeah, the tanning salon that is also a reality show!! Rudolph had been out of the country to avoid having to testify.

Jennifer Garner was offered a movie role that would have cast her as the love interest of her brother-in-law, Casey Affleck. Jennifer said she would have had to kiss him and that she just wasn’t going to go there. Eeeeew.

US Weekly reports Jessica Simpson was shocked when she found out John Mayer was dating Cameron Diaz. Sources say Jessica’s mouth was open a mile wide when she found out and she FREAKED. Friends say Jess still has feelings for John and is sad he moved on so fast.

Sources say Demi Moore was feeling a little insecure as her husband Ashton Kutcher filmed scenes with Cameron Diaz...so she was there watching every moment. The movie is called “What Happens In Vegas.”

Bridget Moyahan is a bitch!! First of all Bridget decided to let the media tell Tom Brady that she has not given their son Brady’s last name. He thought it was Jonathan Brady, but its actually John Edward Thomas Moynahan. John was not allowed in the delivery room and was only given a short amount of time with his son after the birth. Bridget did not speak to or see Tom in the hospital and Tom doesn’t even know when he gets to see the little guy again. A source close to the situation said Bridget is not giving Tom any slack in the situation. Man, a little bitter that your ex is dating Giselle?

Drugs in rehab and sex in bathrooms. That is an average day for Lindsay Lohan in Rehab. Lindsay was called in to the directors office and told she needed to take a drug test. She did, but yelled obscenities at the guy while leaving the room. No word what drug she is doing this time. There are also rumors Linday was caught having sex in a restroom with a fellow rehabber too.

Criss Angel is once again blowing off rumors that he is dating Britney Spears. Criss said he was contacted by Spears to help and design part of her act. Britney has also said she wants to shock people at this years VMA’s, but the MTV bigwigs have turned down her idea of singing part of “My Perogative” with pictures of Justin Timberlake and Kevin Federline behind her. Odd.

Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg were asked by the uppy-ups at the Emmy's to perform their nominated song "D@#k in a Box"...but can you make it "G" rated? Really?? Justin and Andy said no thanks. Clearly the song can't be performed live, so I will love to see how they run the clip when they show whats nominated.

David Letterman will finally be a guest of the might "Oprah Winfrey Show." The two have not been too close in the past, since Letterman has constantly made fun of Opra's weight on his show. The interview wil be taped September 10th at Madison Square Garden.

Police in LA had to make a few stops to Andy Dick's in West Holywood the other night. First, they had to respond to a call that some at Dick's house was throwing beer bottles over the fence into the neighbors yard. Police came, warned, left. A few hours later, they were called again, on a noise complaint. The City of West Hollywood says they must now file a misdemeanor complaint against Dick...if they are ANY MORE complaints for loud parties or gatherings.

Nick Carter may have the worlds most EVIL mother. Nick is now out promoting the Backstreet Boys tour and PAID his mom Jane to watch his pit bull Layla. Nick's poor pit bull Layla was dropped off my Nick's mom at a local shelter. The shelter scanned Layla for a chip, then called the breader, who then called Nick. Nick had no clue his mom had dumped his dog. Nick is devastated and trying to get his dog home, since there is a public airline ban on pit bulls. No word yet on WHY his mom dumped his dog.

Bobby Brown is now telling the world about just how bad his divorce battle has gotten. Bobby says he is so broke that he had to live in his car, while Whitney Houston and their daughter Bobbi Kristina were staying in a swank hotel. Bobby is trying his sympathy hand in the lastest round of divorce filings, saying the "car episode" was while he was supporting Whitney's stay in rehab.

If you loved Sanjaya from "American Idol"...then you can sleep in his old bedroom!! The house Sanjaya lived in the two years before AI is going up for sale September 4th. Saj's step-dad is hoping the Federal Way, WA home will make some serious cash. The family is moving to Hollywood to be closer to the music industry.

New Hollywood hook-up!!! Rihanna and Shia LeBeouf!! Not a ton of information yet, but Perez Hilton says the two have been dating for about a month now and Shia even took her on a date to a restaurant in Beverly Hills the other night. I’m jealous.

The new cast of season 5’s “Dancing With The Stars” has been announced. The cast is as follows: Melanie Brown, Jennie Garth, Marie Osmond, Albert Reed, Helio Castroneves, Jane Seymour, Jose maran, Sabrina Bryan, Mark Cuban, Cameron Mathison, Floyd Mayweather and Wayne Newton. I’m sure you will have to look these people up, but you will know most when you see their faces.

Former “Laguna Beach” star Jason Wahler is engaged. Can you believe any girl would marry this drunken angerball? Anyway, Jason proposed to USC tennis star Katja Decker-Sadowski with a 4 carat diamond engagement ring. The two are already living together.

Britney Spears may have a new dance single out this week or next week…and inside sources say this song could be a monster hit. Of course, if Britney sticks to the dance songs, she probably could make a comeback! Yesterday, in Beverly Hills, Britney and her bodyguard (two young sons in tow) ran out of gas in her new white Mercedes. The police that responded pushed her car off the road and the paparazzi filled her tank with a spare gas can. Hours later, Britney got a traffic ticket for parking illegally.

Bridget Moynahan and Tom Brady welcomed a baby boy last week, which Tom announced was named Jonathan Brady. Well, apparently he ASSumed and we all know what happens when you do that. He must not have talked to Bridget about details like that, since she has announced the baby will not have Tom’s last name. Damn!!!!! Oh No…she didn’t!!! No word yet from Tom’s camp.

Madonna has been given the green light to adopt a second child from Malawi, this time, a 13 month old baby girl named Mercy. Madonna and family should get final approval in the next few weeks on her adoption of little David Banda. Madonna wanted David to have a sister from his homeland, to redress the balance in their home. Madonna has asked her lawyers to make sure nothing is done wrong this time, so she cant be picked apart for the adoption.

The 911 police log for the day Owen Wilson was rushed to the hospital and it was logged as “attempt suicide.” Of course, gossip sites did have to cover the address, but it was for Owen. Sources are now saying Owen got into a fight with a close friend and then went on a huge drug bender, taking a cocktail of drugs like cocaine and crystal meth. Wilson is currently at Cedar-Sinai in LA.

Owen Wilson has released a statement asking for privacy from the media after he was hospitalized for a supposed suicide attempt. Owen doesn’t say anything about killing himself, but says, “I respectfully ask that the media allow me to receive care and heal in private during this difficult time. Owen has been transferred to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center for what is being called “serious detox.” A source has told “Extra” that it was Owen’s brother Luke that found him in his Santa Monica home.

An unscheduled hearing was held yesterday in L.A. with Britney Spears, Kevin Federline and DCFS lawyers to discuss an ongoing investigation into possible “child abuse” in the Spears home. Now, it has been clarified that NO PHYSICAL abuse has taken place and the concern is based on dental hygiene, as well as poor eating and sleeping habits. Everyone is now wondering if Kevin is the person who reported her. There was another complaint lodged with DCFS on July 2nd, but it apparently went no where.

Kanye West is now calling himself the new Michael Jackson, because he’s the only current African-American star who can sell out stadiums. Kanye says, “When I was on tour with Bono, he said, ‘Nobody from your community has ever figured this out except Michael Jackson.’ He really did do stadiums. He really was that one. And I feel like I’m that one.” I thought it wasn’t the same thing if you say it about yourself?

Witnesses say Fergie Ferg barfed all over the Big Slide at the Minnesota State Fair Saturday night! The source said her daughter wanted to ride the slide and while in line saw Fergie getting readyt o go down the slide. After she got to the bottom, she just threw up all over it. Fergie and her bodyguards then just left and the people from the fair had to shut down the ride for about 20 minutes to clean it up. That is just strange.

A 33 year old mechanic was arrested in connection with the robbery of Kirsten Dunst New York hotel suite. Dunst penthouse at the Soho Grand was broken into August 9th. The thieves stole designer handbags, $2,500 in cash, credit and ID cards, two digital cameras, a cell phone and an iPod.

Our new favorite blogger Jonathan Jaxon has a new celebrity to out! This time, JJ says Jake Gyllenhaal and his “boyfriend” were brought to the West Hollywood sheriffs office after catching the two having sex in an SUV behind the restaurant Chin Chins in LA. Jake and his bf are also supposedly expecting a baby through surrogate. They used a company based in Westwood, CA. The baby is due in September. What???? I don’t know if I believe any of this! I thought Jake was dating Reese Witherspoon!!!

There are TWO Bradley Cooper rumors out today! First of all, you are asking, “Who is Bradley Cooper?” Well, he was the jerk boyfriend in “The Wedding Crashers,” the one that gets the Hershey Squirts. O.K. So, the first thing is Bradley Cooper dating Cameron Diaz. The two are rumored to have been dating the past few weeks. Then, Bradley Cooper is rumored to be romancing Jennifer Aniston. Reports out today have Drew Barrymore setting Jen and Bradley up on a date. On another level, that is strange, since Drew and Cameron are really good friends!! Bradley and his wife of 4 months, Jennifer Esposito, are finalizing their divorce.

Owen Wilson has tried to kill himself!! I can’t believe this. Owen supposedly slit his left wrist and took an undetermined amount of pills before a family member found him at his house and called 911. Of course, reps for Owen plan to say he was rushed to the hospital for “hydration” issues. Inside sources, I’m assuming from the hospital, say his wrist was sutured and he was transferred to a different hospital for some serious detox. That is sad.

Huk Hogan’s son Nick was in a very serious car accident yesterday in Florida. Nick was driving his Toyota Supra in St. Petersburg at a high rate of speed, when he went off the road, hit a median and then flipped around hitting the back of the car onto palm tree. Nick Bollea and his passenger were airlifted to the hospital, Nick in serious condition, the passenger remains in critical condition. Nick’s dad, Hulk Hogan responded to scene quickly, in time to see his son airlifted to the hospital.

Britney Spears was pulled over by LAPD Saturday night on her way to Las Vegas, around 12:30pm. Britney was speeding in her new white Mercedes convertible with two of her male backup dancers when she was pulled over. She told police she was just trying to void the paparazzi. They let her go with a warning and she had one of the dancers drive.

Britney’s MTV VMA performance is back on!! Last week, Timbaland denied Spears was involved, but now, a rep for choreographer R.J. Durell has said the two are working together, after Britney and R.J. were seen leaving Opera nightclub last Thursday.

The cast of “Dancing with the Stars 5” has been leaked on online blogs, but no confirmation so far. Here’s the supposed line-up: Lou Ferrigno, Wayne Newton, Aaron Carter, Floyd Mayweather Jr., Richard Quest, Melanie Brown, Tori Spelling, Jennie Garth, NIa Peebles, Partick Swayze, Helio Castroneves, Jane Seymour, Marilou Henner, Giselle Bunchen, Ashley Tisdale, John Stamos, Greta Van Susteren, Barry Williams, Oscar De La Hoya, Marie Osmond, Sabrina Bryan and Mark Cuban. The network will announce the cast on “Good Morning America” on Wednesday.

Gisele Budchen seems to be a busy girl these days, especially since her boyfriend, Tom Brady, became a dad. Gisele canceled an appearane in Australia for her new shoe line citing personal reasons. Do you think Gisele is afraid to leave Tom with Bridget Moynahan. Meanwhile, Tom Brady did play in the Patriots win over the Panthers Friday night, just two days after his son was born. Tom and Bridget have named their son Jonathan Brady.

Camilla Parker-Bowles has announced she will not attend a memorial service for Princess Diana to mark the 10th anniversary of her death. Fans of the Diana were very angry at the thought of Camilla being there, sparking the decision.

Lindsay Lohan has dodged a HUGE bullet. Yesterday, she was sentenced to 1 days in jail for her cocaine possession/DUI charges. She received a plea deal and prosecutors dropped felony drug charges, instead, making them misdemeanor. Her DUI charges were dropped and they became driving violations. Lindsay must also go to alcohol counseling for 18 months, along with 10 days of community service.

Clearly Lindsay has been the perfect role model for little sister Ali, since Ali just got into a car accident after sneaking out of her mom’s Long Island at night with a boy. The boy was 16 and stole his mom’s car after sneaking out of his house as well. Neither were injured and there is no role on what charges he could face.

Nicole Richie served a whole hour and 22 minutes yesterday in jail, after she turned herself in at 3:15pm. She was processed at the Lynnwood jail and spent 35 minutes in a cell. Then, she got to go home! Nicole was serving her time for her DUI/driving-the-wrong-way-on-a-freeway incident. Wow, tough legal system.

Jamie Foxx had a few words to say about Michael Vick…thank God!! I have been wondering what Foxx thought about this. Jamie pretty much says dogfightig is now a big deal and made it a black thing. Jamie says, “It’s a cultural thing, I think. Most brothers didn’t know that, you know. I used to see dogs fighting in the neighborhood all the time. I didn’t know it was fed time. So, Mike probably just didn’t read his handbook on what not to do as a black star.” WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE A BLACK THING??? I hate that.

Do you think Suri cruise the real daughter of Tom Cruise? Babble,com’s FameCrawler column has posed the question, “Is Tom the father of Suri, or was it his cousin, William Mapother? If you google William, who played “Ethan” on “Lost,” you may see the similarity, but I think its just the family genes. Tom is a good dad, I am whipped by him and my love won’t die.

David Bekcham got a bit feisty yesterday during the L.A. Galaxy game against Chiva USA, after he was tackled from behind by Jesse Marsh. The Galaxy lost 3-0, but Beckham did score some style points for going off on Marsh. David played the entire 90 minutes for the third time in six days, but was limping a bit towards the end.

Is Britney Spears planning on moving herself and her two boys to London? That is what OK! Magazine is now reporting. They say Spears thinks this is the only way she can escape the media scrutiny that she is currently under the U.S. I don’ think I believe this story, since Kevin would have to give Brit Brit permission to let them leave the country.

Meanwhile, a staff reporter from “Life & Style” ran into Britney at Teddy’s in LA on August 19th and said Spears looked sad. When the reporter asked her why she was so sad, Britney said, “My babies are my life. I love them more than anything.” Britney was sipping on a Vodka Sea Breeze while telling the stranger her troubles.

Janet Jackson’s fiancé, Jermaine Dupri, said they did not get married over the weekend. Jermaine said it would not be a secret, in fact, he will be planning their wedding like a party, and the world will know.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush are engaged. This has not been confirmed by either of their camps, it was reported on www.jonathanjaxson.com

Justin Timberlake has signed on to star in Mike Meyers new movie “The Love Guru.” Justin will star alongside Jessica Alba, Romany Malco and Vern Troyer.

Linday Lohan has agreed to a photo shoot inside the Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, where she is currently undergoing rehab. If you wondered what she is doing to pass her time, she is journaling, going to spiritual classes and working at Smith’s, a local grocery store with her wages going to a local charity.

Actress Bridget Moynahan and Tom Brady are now parents. Bridget gave birth to a baby boy yesterday in L.A. No word on whether Tom was able to make it in time to be there for the birth.

Paris Hilton and diamond heiress Zeta Graff have resolved their $10 million slander suit Graf filed against Paris in 2005. Terms of the settlement were not revealed, but some sources say Paris paid Zeta $2 million, after Paris apparently said things about Zeta that were printed in the tabloids.

Looks like Lindsay Lohan is going to receive some special treatment. The LA County District Attorney’s office is planning to charge Lindsay with three drug-related felonies…but they may still spare her any prison time. The cocaine charge could be dropped, which is what would have put her away for awhile. This whole thing stems from Lindsay’s May DUI where she crashed her car and her July DUI/car chase/cocaine possession charges. Lindsay has two court dates on Friday, in two different courtrooms.

Kanye West considers Justin Timberlake his biggest rival…and inspiration. Kanye says, “My biggest inspiration and biggest competition is Justin Timberlake. He is the only person that gets across-the-board response and respect level…black radio, white radio. If Justin hadn’t come and killed the game, I can’t say that my album, singles and videos would be on the same level and they’re on. We push each other. I look at me and Justin like Prince and Michael Jackson in their day.” Is it cool to say that about yourself? Hmmm.

Madonna is set to perform with Justin Timberlake at this years MTV Video Music Awards from Las Vegas, September 9th.

The NY Post is reporting Britney Spears has backed out of a song duet with Justin Timberlake, without any explanation. Justin wrote the song specifically for Britney and Timbaland set an entire week aside to work on the project, but a day before it was supposed to start, Brit pulled out. Justin had already laid down his tracks and Britney was supposed to cut her parts in Virginia Beach. Insiders close to th situation says, “Britney is sick” and they felt it could have REALLY helped with her comeback.

Ali Larter is the new spokesperson for Dove Hair Care and as part of her job, she will do her own hair for this years Emmy awards, where her show “Heroes” is up for awards. Ali said this will inspire all women to love the hair they have and not compare it to the unattainable images they normally see on the red carpet.

Even Britney Spears divorce lawyer is over her. Laura Wassler pretty much broke up with Britney last week, when we saw pictures of Brit leaving her office looking sad. Wasser had repeatedly tried to give Spears the names of other lawyers that she could use, but Britney isn’t willing to call them. No word on who will represent her.

More people have received subpoena’s to testify against Britney Spears in her custody battle with Kevin Federline. Now, The Promises Rehab center has been ordered to tesrify about Britney’s time in rehab. More former nannies have also been contacted. One talked about her time in the Spears house and said Brit Brit is a very loving mom, when she is home. The nanny said Britney would come home at 3am and wake the boys up to visit with her, then, she would go to bed leaving the nanny to try and get them back to sleep. Then, Britney would sleep until 1pm or later.

Jessica Biel’s friends hate Justin Timberlake. They think he is an arrogant ass and doesn’t treat her the way she should be treated. Friends say he doesn’t call her some days, and other days, she will text him and he will write back saying he wants to be “alone” that day. They says Jessica barely ever smiles anymore.

Sources say Justin Timberlake cheated on Jessica Biel this past weekend with a tan brunette at an HBO party. Justin has a reputation now, as one sources says, “He is notorious. He will [BLEEP] anything.”

Lindsay Lohan feels like an a-hole, because she always gets in the news and takes the attention away from global warming. Lindsay tells “Elle” magazine that she truly feels bad that her recent DUI and rehab stays have taken the attention from global warming and “that kind of stuff.”

Paris Hilton might be signing up for England’s “Celebrity Big Brother.” It all depends on money at this point, since money talks. So far, the highest offer has been $600,000 for the three week stay. Paris has not signed off on the deal yet, so more money could be offered up.

Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine is ripping on Maria Sharapova in bed! Adam and Maria were briefly a couple and Adam was pumped, thinking she would be amazing and loud in bed. Adam says that was not the case, she didn’t make a sound, layed there like a dead frog and got mad at him if he made any noise, since it ruined her concentration. Adam said it was totally disillusioning.

Uncle Cracker is in troooooooouuuble. He was arrested this morning for sexual assault in Raleigh, South Carolina, outside an Embasssy Suites hotel at 4:45M. According to reports, a 26 year old woman inside a nightclub told police he had sexually assaulted her. Then, Cracker bragged to police about leaving town to avoid charges, so the judge in the case is holding him on a $5 million dollar bond. He will see the judge later this morning.

Joel Madden and Good Charlotte were on Regis and Kelly yesterday and it seemed as if Reeeeg accidentally said that Joel was buying Nicole Richie an engagement ring. Joel told him, yes, but it was supposed to be a secret. The interview after their performance the band pretty much ALL talked about their girlfriends and engagements Uh-oh, they are whipped.

Police and city workers were called in to handle the crowd and a lane of traffic was closed as Paris Hilton introduced her clothing line yesterday at Kitson in Beverly Hills. The collection is designed as “really comfortable and “really affordable.” Does that mean a t-shirt is only $59.99??? That is sooooo affordable. The line includes jeans, t-shirts and shoes.

Comedienne Kathy Griffin is dating Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak. She met Steve after he attended one of her comedy shows. Wozniak, has been married three times and has three kids. He is a VERY RICH MAN.

Amy Winehouse went back to rehab. Amy and her husband went in about 3 days ago and then checked out 48 hours later. They said they never planned to leave rehab, they needed a guitar that they left in London. I guess it takes two people to fetch a guitar. Anyway, Amy’s parents were planning on taking legal action to get her back into rehab, if she didn’t do it herself.

The next season of Nip/Tuck is supposed to be pretty hot, in a lesbonic kind of way! Joely Richardson is going to get into a hot and heavy relationship with Ellen Degeneres real love, Porta de Rossi. The staff on Nip/Tuck is used to some serious mature content and sex scenes, but the scenes Joely and Portia filmed, actually made them blush. Hmmmm. Interesting.

Britney Spears continues to make bad choices. Not only is she making the whole custody battle with Kevin Federline easier for him, but now, he has video surveillance tapes that show Britney having violent outbursts, hitting Kevin with a frying pan and an ashtray.

Britney seems to have a new boy toy and let’s just say she is taking Cameron Diaz and Paris Hilton’s sloppy seconds. Britney is seen on TMZ.com leaving the Beverly Hills Hotel at 4am…with “Mindfreak” star Criss Angel! Criss was rumored to have been dating Cameron for a short time, but the love didn’t blossom.

The latest “Bachelor” couple Andy Baldwin and Tessa Horst have called off their engagement. The two decided to slow down their relationship, saying, “When the fairytale ended and reality set in, we decided we were not ready to be engaged.” Tessa is also going to hold off on relocating to Hawaii to be with Andy, since the military may be reassigning him. The two do say they are still a couple.

“House” costars Jennifer Morrison and Jesse Spencer have called off their engagement. The say that they are still very close friends.

“The Hills” stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt are now engaged. The ring, which looks like a J.Lo/Vanessa Bryant…is actually a knockoff!!! The ring was actually purchased at Ice Accessory store at a MALL in Brentwood. It not a pink diamond, surrounded by diamonds, its actually an amethyst and only cost $2800!! Can you hear the gasps across Hollywood????

MTV’s “The Hills” is supposed to be a reality show, but witnesses who watched a recent taping said it was anything but reality. It took Lauren Conrad was at Da Silvano in NYC having dinner with friends, and it apparently took 5 takes to just ORDER DINNER! The film crew took over the outside eating area by setting up lights and camera’s. The crowd at the restaurant said they wanted the cast to go back to California.

Siegfried and Roy and finally coming out of the closet!!! I know, you are shocked. The two are releasing a tell-all book will talk about how they used to be a couple, then broke up…but are still best friends and partners.

There were rumors yesterday that John Mayer and Mandy are now dating, after they were seen dining out, but one day later, there is a new rumor. John and Cameron Diaz were seen out last night hanging all over each other as they went to several different nightclubs last night.

After Britney Spears disastrous photoshoot with OK! magazine, the mag seems to be pissed at her. Now, the cover shows Britney with her supposed "lesbian lover." The girl in the pool with Britney is kissing her on the cheek, but it seems like it was from the same night she was partying with some frat dude in the pool. I think its just a friend of hers, but you never know.

Star magazine seems to be going after Britney this week, with a cover shot of her with her kids and the headline, "Britney to her kids: You Were Both A Mistake!" That is horrible! I don't even care of SP and JJ were not planned, that is just wrong to go after kids under 3 years old!! No word yet from Britney's camp.

Britney's bodyguard is the lastest to be served legal papers ordering him to testify in the latest child custody battle between Brit Brit and Kevin Federline. Daimon Shippen will now be required to testify about Britney's parenting skills....or lack thereof. Kevin wants full custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James.

What do Jubal's butt and Will Smith's mouth have in common? Well, let me tell you, they both smell like farts. This is according to people on the set of Will's latest film "Hancock." Will apparently is knocking people over with his breath, which one extra said was so bad, she thought someone had farted!! The noxious stank made people's eyes water and was described as being like "hot excrement."

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are planning on living together after he wraps up his tour this September. Friends of the couple say, "it's the next logical step." The only problem they have so far? Deciding where they will settle down, since Jessica wants LA and Justin sees himself in NYC.

Amy Winehouse is now in rehab. Isn't that ironic? Amy was rumored to have overdosed last week and the final straw came when her dad and her father-in-law fought over their kids drug use. Amy and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil have both admitted they are addicted to cocaine and heroin, but they don't shoot up, they smoke both. Oh, thank God!! Amy was reported high on heroin, cocaine, ecstasy, booze and the horse tranquilizer ketamine.

Diddy and his baby-mama, Kim Porter, may be getting back together. Diddy has been trying to get Kim back with lavish gifts and flowers, but Kim has told friends that if an engagement ring is not part of the picture, its not gonna happen. The two have planned to meet this weekend to talk about their relationship. Kim and Diddy broke up this past month, after Diddy was spending too much time with actress Sienna Miller.

There could be a new sex tape on the way! This one is actually in talks, with Ray J. and Lil' Kim planned as the stars! Ray J's sex tape with Kim Kardashian did really well, so he is now a hot commodity. No word on whether the two are interested.

Lindsay Lohan can now add a lawsuit to her list of troubles. A girl in the car that was being chased by Lindsay before she was arrested for her last DUI, said it was the scariest thing she has ever had to deal with and actually thought she was going to die. Tracie Rice said she is suing Lindsay for emotional stress. Money makes everything better. :)

OMG!!! My dreams have come true. Rumor has it, Britney Spears has been asked to open the show at the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards!! No word on whether or not it is true or just a rumor, but we can dream. The show will be September 9th in Las Vegas.

The mother- of- three who claims Chris Rock is the father of her 13 year old son, Jordan, says she will be happy whether the DNA test shows he is or isn't the father. Kali Bowyer says she just wants to know once and for all who the father of her son is. The other possibility is her abusive ex-fiance which is named on the childs birth certificate, but hasn't even seen the boy since 2004. She doesn't sound very picky about who she sleeps with!! Chris has already taken one DNA test that came back negative. He will take a second.

Former "Everybody Love Raymond" star Brad Garrett, is the latest celeb to go after the paparazzi. Garrett was being heckled by the paps when he grabbed one guys camera and shoved it in his face! The guy suffered a swollen eye, but TMZ.com says they won't press charges since the camera was not broken.

NFL quarterback Matt Leinart was told by his bitter baby-mama Brynn Cameron NOT to have their baby around Britney Spears and Paris Hilton!! Apparently, that was overheard in the hallway of the courthouse telling Matt this, even though he hasn't seen either girls in quite some time. Leinart did go through a phase where he made out with Paris and Britney, but it never went anywhere. Friends say Brynn is just bitter since Matt doesn't want to marry her. Brynn receives $12,500 a month currently, but is seeking $30,000. Matt took her to court recently to try and get more time with his son.

Kevin Federline may be scaring Britney Spears this time. Kevin and his lawyers served Brit's cousin and former assistant Ali Simms with legal papers, forcing her to testify about Britney's parenting skills. Kevin has been bothered by Britney's recent bizarre behavior and doesn't feel their sons are safe with her, so now he is seeking full custody of the boys while she gets her act together. An emergency hearing is scheduled for tomorrow.

Lindsay Lohan is actually in "real" rehab this time!! Last time, Linds was at Promises, which is totally a rich-kid camp. This time, she is at a hard-core rehab center run by Mormons at the Curque Lodge in Orem, Utah. Lindsay is rooming with two other patients and scrubbing toilets. Along with that, she is doing laundry, washing dishes and attending a 12-step programs. One insider says Lohan said the center is "lifesaving."

Angelina Jolie says she is no longer into S&M and lesbian lovin'...now that Brad Pitt has made her a one-man woman. BUT...her former lesbian love says she doesn't believe that is true. Angelina met Jenny Shimizu back in 1996 on the set of "Foxfire" while she was stilll married to Jonny Lee Miller. Shimizu says Angelina was an amazing lesbian lover and her love of women was so strong that it was like a drug. Shimizu says she doesn't believe Angelina is happy acting like a happy family with one man.

Drew Carey avoided serious injury when he caught his arm in a revolving turntable during filming of the "Grocery Game" for "The Price Is Right." Despite the accident, an insider says Drew is back at work wearing a soft cast and everything's O.K.

Fashion mogul Tommy Hilfiger is renting his East Hampton, NY estate to Mariah Carey for one month, for a totally reasonable $350,000!! The home is empty while Hilfiger is in the Carribean. The home has 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, a media room, an outdoor pavilion with a fireplace and an infinity-edge pool and more than 150 feet of beachfront.

Lane Garrison is now in a Los Angeles men's prison. Lane reported to jail yesterday after a victim's panel in his fatal DUI case. The judge gave Lane a break, letting him be evaluated during his 90 days in jail, to see if he is a suitable candidate for probation. Lane was drunk and crashed his SUV, killing a 17 year old passenger.

Nicole Richie has chosen the Lynnwood jail in LA as the facility she will serve her FOUR day sentence in. This is the same jail Paris Hilton served 23 days in.

Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise were so jealous of the "W" photoshoot that their friends Victoria and David Beckham did, they have scheduled their own. The difference is, the Cruises want theirs to be much hotter. They think the world only thinks of them in a "family" way and two are very physical and want us to see that. Hmmmm. I don't what I feel about that.

Eddie Murphy's ex's are ganging up on him! Eddie's ex-wife Nicole Murphy and his ex-girlfriend/baby mama Mel B. were seen having lunch together at The Ivy in Beverly Hills. I think its a scare tactic, so Eddie will settle his lawsuit with Mel. B over their new daughter.

The success keep coming for Sean Kingston. He was just picked up as a spokesperson for McDonalds, after they dropped Twista because of dirty lyrics. Sean says he always keeps his songs clean, so its a perfect match.

Akon and his people caused quite the stir at a show in Manchester, England...after they failed to show up. Akon was supposed to be at the show by 8:30pm, but the promoters couldn't find him. The crowd got rowdy and fights starting breaking out. Finally, Akon and his peeps showed up at 11:30pm!! Now, fans are demanding their money back, saying they were "lied" to by management at the venue, who kept going on stage announcing Akon would be there soon. Jerks.

Kelsey Grammers 15 year old daughter, Greer, has been crowned Miss Teen Malibu 2008.

In Touch Weekly is claiming that Christina Aguilera will be welcoming a girl this winter. Christina is said to be about 18 weeks pregnant, and on July 25th she had an ultrasound at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in LA. She found out that she's having girl with husband Jordan Bratman and her due date is December 15th. Nicole Richie went for an ultrasound at the same hospital, the same day and rumor has it, Nicole is having a boy.

The Jessica Simpson movie "Blonde Ambition" will be going directly to DVD. Luke Wilson co-stars. Jessica's dad pulled the plug on the project, for fear of what movies it would of had to go against.

Actor Chris O'Donnell and his wife Caroline are expecting their fifth child. The couple have been married since 1997.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are fighting so bad about politics, Angie threw a wine glass at Brad's face. Angelina is voting for John Edwards and Brad is for Barack Obama. Sources say Brad was absolutely disgusted by Angelina's behavior.

All Mexican charges have been dropped against bounty hunter Duane "Dog" Chapman and two members of his team. They had been charged by a mexican court with deprivation of liberty, after they nabbed convicted serial rapist Andrew Luster in Puerta Vallarta in 2003. Luster is the heir to the Max Factor fortune and was wanted in the U.S. on rape charges. It's illegal to bounty hunt in Mexico.

Barbara Walters has announced the addition of Whoopi Goldberg to "The View." Whoopi is expected to start on September 4th, taking over the vacancy left by Rosie O'Donnell.

Britney Spears pulled a sad, washed up pop star move the other day, when she showed up unannounced to the Chateau Marmont, but freaked out when they sat her next to Posh Beckham. I think we all know Britney didn't want her picture taken next to the very hot Victoria. Brit Brit then left and went to Il Sole.

The criminal case against R. Kelly has been pending for five years, but it is finally headed to trial. At a hearing yesterday, a judge said Kelly's trial will begin on September 17th. A spokesperson for Kelly said, "As Robert said many times, he believes in our system of justice. He is looking forward to finally having his day in court. He's confident that when all the facts come out, it will be clear he's not guilty of any crime." Kelly was charged with 21 counts of child pornography in 2002 for videotaping sex acts with a 14 year old.

Nicole Richie has made it official. She is 4 months pregnant with her first child, with Joel Madden of Good Charlotte. Nicole told Diane Sawyer for an interview that will run tomorrow on "Good Morning America" and Friday on 20/20 that she also feels remorseful about her DUI arrest and for driving the wrong way on a busy L.A. freeway. Nicole said she was watching CNN (really?????) and they ran a piece on young children killed by drunk drivers and it hit her like a ton of bricks how horrible it was. I don't know if I believe her remorse just yet, but I think I will wait to pass judgement.

The upcoming issues of "US Weekly" and "Life & Style" have Sean Preston Federline and Jayden James Federline on the cover, with variations of the title "Help Us!" The cover stories are based on accounts from sources close to Britney that say she feeds the kids cheetos, ice cream and soda in their bottles all the time. The article says Britney smokes like a chimney around them and even says to Sean, "Baby...where are mama's lollipops?" That is little Sean will run and bring Britney her cigarettes. The article also states that Britney will pass the kids off to her bodyguards and even strangers when she is tired of holding them, this includes strangers working at stores she is shopping in. Britney also takes her fued with her mom to the kids, telling them grandma is a "bad lady."

Britney's legal problems continue. Now, she is being sued by two photographers who say Britney yelled threats at them before her bodyguard beat them up in Las Vegas this past week for getting too close to the kids. The men said Britney threw a baby bottle at them and yelled, "I'm going to F$#@ing kill you!"

Lindsay Lohan has atleast one person in her camp that has her back. Her bodyguard Jaz has been fielding offers of up to $500,000 from magazines and news outlets, but has so far turned them all. Lindsay's last bodyguard, Lee Weaver, sold all of Lindsay's secrets to the "News of the World" tabloid this year.

"Entourage" star Adrian Grenier was at the new L.A. club Opera the other night and was hit on BIG TIME by Paris Hilton. Witnesses say she was hitting on him hard, but he said, no thanks...I have a girlfriend. Paris said, "I don't care!" She then left him alone for awhile, but was back later trying to get that number again, but he continued to say no. Good for him!!

Usher says his upcoming wedding to Tameka Foster was canceled, but will be rescheduled. Usher said all the rumors as to why they called it off are false and the reason it was canceled was because Tameka was freaking out over stomach cramping, since she is pregnant and thought something was wrong. The baby and Tameka are both doing fine and doctors say the scare was related to stress.

The Muslim country of Malaysia does not want Gwen Stefani and her "Sweet Escape" tour to come as planned. The people there consider Gwen "obscene" and "indecent." The organizers of the ban say if the concert is not canceled they will ask authorities to intervene.

Will.I.Am and Pussycat Doll Nicole Scherzinger were spotted getting a little close as they exited Joseph's in Hollywood, but it seems they were just doing it to avoid the paparazzi. Sources say the two are just really close friends.

Jude Law says he and Cameron Diaz are "just friends" contrary to recent rumors that they have been hanging out romantically. Jude's spokesman says, "He hasn't seen her for months. They're friends but that's it."

Ivana Trump is engaged to her 35 year old boyfriend! Ivana is 58 and Rossano Rubicondi is over 20 years her junior!! By the way, Ivana's son is only 6 years younger then her fiance. Eeeeeew. This is worst then my crush on Zak Efron!!!
