Paris Hilton says Benji Madden, her boyfried fo two months, wrote her a "beautiful song, and actually recorded it in the studio." Paris says, "He surprised me with it. It's called, 'Shine Your Light.' It's this really beautiful love song about me. It was the sweetest thing that anyone has ever done with me."
"CSI" actor Gary Dourdon may have had a little too much fun at the Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California this past weekend. Dourdan was found by police, in his car, passed out, on the wrong side of the road in Palm Springs. Officers found cociane, heroin, ecstasy and prescription pills on him. He was charged with alleged drug possession and was released after posting $5,000 bail. His arraignment is set for May 28th. Gary is already planning on leaving "CSI," but we have no word on when his last episode will be.
The Miley Cyrus photo controversy was still a hot topic yesterday. Sources say Billy Ray Cyrus is not happy about what has happened, was at the shoot for a short time for his shots, then left. That is when the controversial semi-topless shots were taken with Annie Lebovitz and 15 year old Miley. Billy said if he had been there, he would have 100 percent objected to the shots.
Will.i.am has a thing for British pop singer, Girls Aloud member Cheryl Cole. Will says she could front the Black Eyed Peas should Fergie ever decide to leave the group and stay solo. Will collaborated with Cheryl on a song called "Heartbreaker" and admitted Cheryl would fit in well with the group. Of course, Will.i.am has a crush on her, saying, "If you measured it on a scale of hot to ten, Cheryl is a ten. She is hot."
Mariah Carey's keeping quiet about that huge rock on her ring finger, which she started wearing last week. But, sources say, its definitely from her new man, Nick Cannon....and the two are actually engaged. Cannon bought the ring for $2.5 million from Jacob & Co. in NYC, where he was spotted again yesterday. Mariah's new bling is 17-carats, with a 10-carat center stone. Its made of rare pink and purple stones. Nick was also engaged to Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks.
The girls of "Sex and the City" can be seen on tomorrow's "Oprah Winfrey Show." Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis and Chris Noth all joined Oprah in studio last week. Meanwhile, if you tune into "Oprah" today, you can watch illusionist David Blaine holding his breath for longer then 16 minutes and 32 seconds, a record set by a guy in Switzerland on February 10th.
If you watched "American Idol" last night, then you were probably a bit confused about Paula Abdul's critique of Jason Catro's TWO songs, after he had only sang ONE. Uh-oh, is Idol fixed? Paula claims, "It got very confusing...the producers come up to us in the dark and said, 'We are not going to have you guys judge after each performer, we are going to have all the performers so once, then twice and at the end critique them." She says she was surprised by the last minute switch in judging procedures. Paula claims the mix up was also based on all of her scratch pad notes she had taken and wrote David Cook's comments by Jason's and that is also what made her think Jason had performed twice.
We've all heard about Angelina Jolie's pregnancy, we still don't know if she is having one or two babies, but did you know she is miserable?? Poor skinny thing. She has been miserable, since the baby seems to be very heavy this time around, the pressure on her from the baby makes it hard for her to breath, she has been tiring out easily and has been nauseous the whole time. Poor thing. Its probably since her body isn't used to eating food.

Is Mariah Carey engaged to Nick Canon??? That is the rumor floating around, since the two have been seen out holding hands with pictures of Mariah wearing a large diamond ring. But, when Nick was asked, he pretty much danced around the question, talked about how great Mariah was and how rumors start. Blah-blah-blah.
Famed photographer Annie Leibovitz spoke about the controversy over a semi nude photograph she took of 15 year old Miley Cyrus. Annie called the photo simple, beautiful and misinterpreted. She said, "I'm orry that my portrait for Miley has been misinterpreted. MIley and I looked at fashion photographs together and we discussed the picture in that context before we shot it. The photograph is a simple, classic portrait, shot with very little makeup, and i think it is very beautiful. According to Vanity Fair, "Miley's parents, and or, minders were on the set all day. Since the photo was taken digitally, they saw it on the shoot and everyone thought it was beautiful and natural portrait of Miley.
Angie Everhart was arrested for drunk driving in Los Angeles. This incident comes just days after her breakup with longtime love Joe Pesci. The 38 year old was arrested just afte 2am on Thursday after failing a field sobriety test. E verhart was released later that day. She is due in court on May 15th.
Ashley Alexandra Dupre', the supposed New Jersey call girl that was hooked up with New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, has sued "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis and his film company, claiming he exploited her name and image for profit. The lawsuit seeks more than $10 million in damages. Dupre claims that "Girls Gone Wild" reps approached her while she was vacationing in Florida in 2003, offered her alcohol and convinced her to expose her breasts for their cameras when she was just 17. That would mean she was not of legal age to sign a release form allowing her to be filmed.
It's official! Britney Spears will make another guest appearance on CBS's "How I Met Your Mother." The episode is currently filming and will air May 12th. Britney's March appearance brought the show it's highest ratings ever.
I'll bet Cheryl Burke was pissed when her partner Cristian de la Fuente just STOPPED in the middle of their Samba because of a wussy arm cramp! He even dramatically dropped her! I'll bet she hunts him down and chews his ass out today (man, that doesn't sound good, does it?) because Cheryl is NO loser. I'm sure we missed the talkin' to he was given by Cheryl backstage about "walk it off you girl!!" So, by the end of the evening, the two wrapped with the lowest score on their two dances, falling below a 50.
Today's NY Dailey New quotes Mindy McCready saying she "couldn't refute" anything in the original story detailing her long affair with Roger Clemens. McCready read from a prepared statement: "Yes, I have known Roger Clemens for a long time. He's a kind and caring man. He is also a legendary athlete. The central topic in the debate, however, regards his professional life, not his personal life. There are legal matters working their way through ther system that have nothing to do with me. From my point of view, that is where the focus should remain." Apparently, McCready met Clemens at a Fort Meyers bar called The Hired Hand, she returned to his hotel room, but there was no sex THAT night. It wasn't until later, after McCready had moved to Nashville and became a country singing star, that the relationship turned intimate. Clemens is currently under investigation for perjury after denying, under oath, accusations by his former personal trainer Brain McNamee that Clemens used performance enhancing drugs. Clemens filed a defamation suit against McNamee, but now, McNamee's lawyer said the news of the affair would have a big impact on that case because they influence Clemens' claim that his reputation was damaged.

Miley Cyrus is back in the news...this time for a suggestive photoshoot for the June issue of Vanity Fair magazine. The pictures show Miley topless, just covering her chest with a satin sheet. Let me remind you...SHE IS 15. Miley's parents were apparently present at the shoot and didn't have a problem with it at the time. Now, Miley says she has seen the pictures and is embarrassed and wishes she hadn't done them and apologized to her friends.
"Gossip Girl" star Chace Crawford has moved on from Carrie Underwood...to RUMOR WILLIS??? Eeeeww. Well, I don't know if they have hooked up or were just out as friends on Thursday night in NYC. Onlookers say they were shocked at Rumors SHORT and SEE-THROUGH white dress with a black bra under it, chain-smoking BIG TIME. The two left the Rose Bar at 2:30m and then headed over to the Beatrice Inn in a black Escalade.
Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were set up on a date...but mutual friend Sheryl Crow. Sheryl knows that they are both "looking for that special someone" so she thought they should hook up. Sheryl credits Aniston with helping her through her battle with breast cancer, and is a longtime friend of Mayer, who she toured with in 2006. The two dined together in South Beach, at a restaurant that opened 90 minutes early for the two to have some quiet time. Witnesses say the two looked like they were having fun and then left arm in arm.
Looks like things are gonna get awkward at home for Roger Clemens, now that rumors are out that he had a 10 year long affair with country singer Mindy McCready, when she was just 15!! The two apparently hooked up when she was an aspiring singer working in a karaoke bar, and Clemens was 28 and pitching for the Red Sox. At the time, he was married with two kids.
A member of the paparazzi has filed a police report against Paris Hilton and Benji Madden for supposedly drove over his foot. Witnesses heard a loud scream as Madden slowly drove away from Foxtail club in West Hollywood...Hilton was in the passenger seat. The photographer, Glen Gurniak, filed papers Friday wtih the L.A. Sheriff's office.
Jay Z and Beyonce are rumored to be ready to make a public announcement, and I'm thinking, since they are already married...its gonna be another famous baby. One source in L.A. said, "A baby would be the obvious one. But, they're saying nothing until the official announcement."
Spencer Pratt is such a tool. Now he feels its his place to announce to the world that he is 100 percent positive that a Lauren Conrad/Jason Wahler sex tape out there. Spencer and Heidi Montag were on with Tyra Banks and said they are positive the tape exists, but both say they haven't seen it themselves. So, where'st he proof. They are both tools.
40 year old Gary Coleman and his 22 year old wife Shannon Price are headed for TV divorce court! The couple will appear on "Divorce Court" on May 1st and May 2nd. The two were married in August after meeting on a TV movie set. The two already have a butt load of issues and admit to some HUGE fights. Carrie Underwood admits to InStyle magazine that she has been cheated on. Carrie says, "I've been cheated on a time or two. It's tough. I wouldn't recommend doing any property damage, though. Now I'm to the point where you get one shot. Life's too short. I'm a 'let it go, move 'on kind of person. And ice cream is my friend. If anybody sees me eating a sundae and I look unhappy, something bad has happened. I am drowning my sorrows in fudge and caramel and whipped cream." I don't believe Carrie has eaten a single bit of ice cream since American Idol, since she is stick thin. But Carrie does admit she is OCD about keeping a food diary, counting her calories, fats and fiber. She said if she gains 5 pounds, you see it instantly.
Tabloids are reporting that Benji Madden's Good Charlotte friends really want him to dump girlfriend Paris Hilton. The band is said to be upset over Paris' public displays of affection towards Benji on the band's tour bus when they were traveling around Europe earlier this month. They think the romance has no future, and hope Benji will "wake up" and "dump her." A source said: "Paris is desperately trying to fit in with the band, but she has outstayed her welcome. Everyone is hoping he'll wake up soon and dump her." Im kind of with them. I love Benji, but he is too good for her.
NBC denied speculation that O.J. Simpson would be in the next installment of "Celebrity Apprentice." Of course, Donald Trump was entertaining the idea, seeing high ratings in his dreams, but network executives shot it down pretty quick, not wanting to deal with the backlash.
Singer John Legend has flat out shot down reports that he was busted out romantically with "ET's" Maria Menounos. John's reps released a statement through the NY Post, "It is entirely false and he finds it offensive that his girlfriend has to read such lies." John has been dating Christine Teigen for about a year and says he was just having friendly drinks with Maria at The Carlyl in NYC.
Madonna's husband, Guy Richie, has bought the woman who has everything a $20,000 ice-pick style dagger. It was designed by Mick Jagger's daughter Jade. Guy bought it to mark the launch of Madonna's new album "Hard Candy" and to celebrate her single with Justin Timberlake, "4 minutes." Today only, you can listen to the entire CD on MySpace, but cannot download it.
Miley Cyrus is already way richer that dad, and she's only 15!! Miley tops the list of the world's richest teenagers...and is projected to be worth over 1 billion dollars by the end of this year. Miley's mom and manager says her daughters money is being invested and she will have access to it when she turns 18.
Actor Wesley Snipes was sentenced to 3 years in prison yesterday on tax charges. Prosecutors were happy, as they were pursuing the maximum penalty. The judge gave Wesley one year for each of the three charges he was found guilty on. Snipes remains free on bail and will be instructed when and where to turn himself in to serve his sentence.
Shia LaBeouf has managed to avoid the law this time, as a judge dismissed an unlawful smoking charge against the actor. Shia pleaded not guilty to the charge last month, after a judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest after he did not appear at the hearing.

First her opening act Jordin Sparks suffered serious vocal problems earlier in the week, and now Alicia Keys herself has been forced to cancel two shows because of swollen vocal chords. Alicia canceled shows in Pittsburgh and Cleveland, but expects to be back for her Saturday show in Columbus. Jordin is sidelined until May.
Illusionist/magician David Blaine will attempt to hold his breath for more then 16 minutes and on "Oprah." He'll put the stunt on next Wednesday's episode of "The Oprah Winfrey Show." The Guiness World Record is currently 16 minutes and 14 seconds.
"Transformers" and soon-to-be "Indiana Jones" star Shia LaBeouf is said to now be dating Justin Timberlake's video girl, Lauren Hastings. Hastings was in Justin's "Cry Me A River" video and was also at Beatrice Inn in New York the other night, when Shia was said to be trolling for some women. We had heard he was striking out all night, but when Shia saw Lauren, he was apparently smitten and it appeared to be a mutual friend that introduced the two.
Mark Wahlberg is set to become a dad again, his fiance Rhea Durham is pregnant is pregnant for a third time. Wahlberg and girlfriend haven't officially announced the news, but he has reportedly told friends he is expecting a son, due in September. A friend has told "OK! Magazine, "Mark is thrilled to be having another baby. He is amazing dad, and his two children are his world. He always used to joke about wanting at least a dozen kids and it looks like he is possibly serious about it.
"Jackass" star Steve-O made a brief appearance in court yesterday to enter a plea of not guilty in relation to felony drug charges. The 33 year old was charged with possession of cocaine after his March 3rd arrest on suspicion of vandalizing his neighbors' property in Los Angeles. Just days after the incident, Steve-O checked himself into L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he recieved treatment following a reported suicide attempt. He says he has now been clean for 44 days. Steve-O is next due in court on May 13th. I can't believe I just gave FIVE WHOLE LINES to Steve-O.
Star Jones have filed for divorce from her ex Al Reynolds, and now it looks like Al is going in for a pay day! Al has hired a big time lawyer to prove that Star forced him to quite his job as a stock broker to be by her side while she hosted "The View" and then her short lived talk show after.
Kanye West had to apologize twice to his Sacramento fans, when he kept sending shout-outs on stage to SEATTLE!! Yeah!! I guess touring must really mess with you, as far as knowing what city you are in and in what night. At least we made a lasting impression on him here!!
The Cruise family spent $100,000 on Suri's 2nd birthday party!! I guess $45,000 was spent on catering by Wolfgang Puck, almost $17,000 on fresh flowers and over $5,000 on the cake! I have no clue what the other costs went to.

Miley Cyrus now has a book deal...rumored to be worth seven figures!! The memoir is planned for release next Spring. The Disney Book Group has world rights to the book and said Miley's book will feature previously unseen photos, family stories and a look at her inner circle of loved ones.
Singer John Legend was spotted having a romantic dinner with "ET" host Maria Memounos. Menounos and Legend were seen getting cozy and it definitely looked like a date. That was according to witnesses at The Carlyle where they dined Monday night.
"American Idol" contestant David Cook already has one record under his belt, titled "Analog Heart." Over the weekend, it outsold Mariah Carey on Amazon's MP3 service...but that was your last chance to get it for now. Without explanation, the CD was pulled from Amazon and neither Amazon or "American Idol" producers are saying why.
Paris Hilton might be forced to stay at a Hilton Hotel...since she has been banned by the Hyatt! Paris did a photoshoot inside the $16,000 a night suite at the Hyatt in the Russian Capital of Moscow. Paris signed "Paris Moscow 2008" on the wallpaper in the suite, and was fined $9,000. The Hyatt released a statement, "Miss Hilton ruined the wallpaper in the luxury suite. In such a case the client is automatically on the black list." I'm sure Paris does not care.
"Dancing with the Stars" pro dancer Cheryl Burke may be dating "300" actor Gerard Butler. The two live in the same apartment building in LA and rumor has it they are hooked up. Cheryl is acting like its no big deal, saying they met through her partner Cristian and his wife and they are just good friends.
"Dancing with the Stars" said goodbye to Marlee Matlin, who came into last night's results show with 21 out of 30 points. Poor Marlee, she lost her timing at various points during her Mambo Monday.

The "How I Met Your Mother" star has been practicing illusions in his spare time for years, but is the first actor voted onto the board of directors at the Magic Castle in Hollywood, since Cary Grant.
Beyonce and Jay-Z filed their signed wedding license last Friday in Scarsdale, New York. A town clerk said the license lists the wedding date as April 4th and was received on Friday afternoon.

This time, Miley is seen cozying up on the lap of some unknown dude is just a bra and underwear and in another she is pulling down her tank top to show her bra. Honestly, we still havent seen anything illegal, but Im sure the folks at Disney are sweating a little.
New Hollywood hook-up? Kirsten Dunst and Ryan Gosling have been seen making out in public and they dont seem to care who see's them. I will keep you updated.
sources at Star magazine claim Katie Holmes is wanting to get out of her marriage to Tom Cruise, and by taking a r3 serviceole on Broadway, she can use the opportunity to move Suri to New York with her. The mag says the plan is part of a trial seperation. I don't believe it. I think Tom and Katie are both smitten kittens and will never dump each other. The end.
Skeptics are wondering if "American Idol" contestant David Cook is a ringer, on the talent show. His self-released album, "David Cook," is on the charts and the current season isn't even over! Cook's 2006 CD, "Analog Heart," was the No. 1 downloaded album all weekend on Amazon's MP3 service...even beating Mariah Carey! It seems Lindsay Lohan has fallen off the wagon. Linds was partying all weekend with her new girlfriend DJ Samantha Ronson. Jessica Simpson serenaded her new boyfriend Tony Romo at his 28th Birthday bash and fed him cake with her hands and tongue. Onlookers say the two looked like they were really into each other as they rubbed cake all over each other. Then, at one part in the party, Jessica grabbed the mic and sang him, Im sure, a very breathy version of "Happy Birthday."
Meanwhile, Jessica may also be happy with Tony, since Tony LOVES her when she is all natural. The less make-up and hair all done up...the better. Romo is into more natural girls, so Jessica has been able to spend less time at the salon and more time with her man. Aaaaah, that is sweet.

Kanye West has dumped his fiance Alexis Phifer with the generic, "It's just not going to work out" explanation. The two have been dating since 2002, broke up briefly in 2004, but then got back together again. According to inside sources, Kanye dumped her and then...ASKED FOR THE RING BACK!!
"America Idol" winner Jordin Sparks has been struck with a career=threatening throat injury, which has forced her to cancel performances until further notice. Sparks, who is just 18, was set to start touring with Alicia Keys, but that is now on hold, after suffering what doctors say was "an acute vocal cord hemorrhage.
Word has it, Britney Spears will make another appearance on the sitcom "How I Met Your Mother"...despite star Neil Patrick Harris speaking out against the use of "stunt guest stars" on the show. Britney played a love-stuck receptionist, smitten for Ted and the show will apparently have her come back to reprise that role.
The Moscow newpaper that claimed Vladimir Putin had secretly divorced and planned to marry a gymnast...has been shut down. The billionaire owner of the paper is also a former KGB agent. He pulled the plug on Moscow Korrespondent hours after the angry Russian President denied the story was true. The newspaper's editor resigned in protest and claimed the article was well sourced.
Shia LaBeouf may be a movie star, but even he strikes out every now and then. LaBeouf was at hotspot Beatrice Inn and a source said Shia was "desperately seeking a lady...but none of the hotties were standing for it." One witness said Shia finally turned to one woman and whined: "How do I get a girl to go home with me?"
"Dancing with the Stars" partners Derek Hough and Shannon Elizabeth are officially dating. They were photographed hugging and kissing on the beach in Malibu over the weekend.

Sandra Bulllock and her husband, Jesse James, were hit head-on by a drunk driver in Gloucester, Mass. Friday night. The driver was a 64 year old woman named Lucille Gatchell, who was arrested after blowing a .20. Sandra and Jesse were in a rented SUV...were not driving and were not injured. According to police, Lucille was giggling and laughing, saying, "My first drunk driving and I hit Sandra Bullock."
Star magazine claims that Jessica Simpson's recent hospital stay was for more then just an "infection." Jess was in the hospital for 4 days for a "Kidney Infection, a bladder infection and a urinary tract infection." Sources say Jessica's health problems were "brought on by drinking an obscene amount of alcohol" as she has been vacationing with boyfriend Tony Romo. Adding to her distress, Jessica asked doctors to give her a pregnancy test, since she was three weeks late and stressing out a bit about being prego.

Yesterday, a Los Angeles County Superior Court commissioner authorized the lawyers who represent Britney Spears and her family to be paid more than $372,500 for their services. And yes, Brit will foot the bill. And that was just 3 months of work!! The commissioner also delayed action on a motion to put Britney's companies and business entities in her trust. It will now be heard on July 31st, the same day a probate court is scheduled to decided on a permanent conservatorship for her.
Eddie Murphy has already moved on to another unsuspecting girl...this time its waitress Lara LaRue. Lara isn't a celebrity, but her sister is one of the stars of "CSI:Miami," Eva LaRue. Eddie was just marrying (spiritual ceremony) Tracey Edmonds about 3 months ago, so he doesn't waste any time. Lara works at Sushiya on Sunset Boulevard in LA and is described as a dead ringer for Eddie's ex-wife Nicole Murphy. Lara told "People" magazine, "I know Eddie. He's an amazing guy. I respect him and he respects me." Good luck Lara, you're gonna need it.

Its like The Biggest Loser:Rapper Style." The movie is said to be called "Microwave Park" and is expected to be out by 2010.
T.I. is heading to Philadelphia this weekend to raise awareness about several issues. The Atlanta rapper will take part in the Turn Up the Vote National Hip-Hop Summit, put on by Russell Simmons Hip-Hop Summit Action Network. T.I. was recently given one-thousand hours of community service as part of his plea deal in his federal weapons case. He says getting the message out about voting will, "help inspire others to take seriously this right and responsibility." He is only doing this because he was caught!! A source told the NY Post, "They're headed down that road. There's a strong possibility she'll be offered some kind of role." In one scenario, Kelly Taylor would return to Beverly Hills High School as a teacher, but it is still not decided if she will have a regular role or just a cameo.
"X-Files" series creator and director/cowriter Chris Carter announced the title of the upcoming big screen sequel...."The X-Files: I Want To Believe." The name comes from the slogan of a poster that was prominently featured in Scully and Mulder's office during the TV run. Yesterday, a temporary restraining order against Britney Spears' former friend Sam utfi was extended after an attorney told a judge all parties had agreed on the matter. Lutfi was at the hearing. An attorney for Britney's father gave the judge a document with Lutfi's signature. Sam must continue to stay atleast 250 yards away from Britney and her homes.

Ashlee Simpson has pretty much said she is pregnant, without actually saying, YES...I am pregnant. Here is the quote, you decide what she is saying. Some things, you want to keep personal, and I think that when people deny reports that they're pregnant, it's probably because ot's something they want to keep personal."
It seems Kathy and Rick Hilton have given Benji Madden the greenlight to join their rich clan. Gossip sites are saying Kathy truly believes this is the real deal and wouldnt be shocked at all if Paris and Benji take this to the next level and Rick has said that Madden is the perfect example of "you can't judge a book by its cover" because of how sweet, soft spoken and police Benji has been with everyone in the Hilton family. How does someone just put their hands down your pants??? Can you not move fast enough to avoid that? She appeared on the "Today" show Gloria Allred and said she stayed because she loved the kids, needed the job and was scared. She said she never blackmail them as they allege in their lawsuit. The nanny said Rob placed his hands inside her pants in order to touch her crotch several times between 2005 and 2008. Last week, the actor claimed his ex-nanny demanded he and his wife Sheryl pay her $1.5 million by April 11th, or she would go to the press with allegations of harrassment. Lowe subsequently went public with the alleged extortion, calling it "an attempt to damage and humiliate not only my wife and me, but our two young sons as well."
Britney Spears is threatening to release her video diaries, which follows her problems over the past six month. She is reportedly planning to release them online or on MTV. In the diaries, Britney gives insight into her state of mind...along with rants about her mom, dad, sister Jamie Lynn and friends. Britney also will reveal intimate information about her ex-Justin Timberlake and her longtime rivalry with Christina Aguilera. I have a feeling her father will fight this, considering her is working overtime on spin control already and this would just add to her craziness.

A New York businessman has paid $1.5 million for a movie showing Marilyn Monroe performing oral sex on a man. But he says we will not see it. But, he says we will never see it. A collector who found the film and brokered the footage, said the 15 minutes of 16 millimeter footage was purchased by a businessman who does not intend to make it public. "He said he's just going to lock it up." The millionaire said, "I'm not going to make a Paris Hilton out of her. I'm not going to sell it, out of respect." In the video, Monroe is seen performing oral sex on a man who's face is never shown. But, FBI documents show then-Director J. Edgar Hoover had tried to prove in the mid-60's that the man in the film was either John F. Kennedy or Robert F. Kennedy. The seller said the film was given to an informant to the FBI in the 60's and he gave the original to the FBI after making a copy. That is the copy that was just bought.
Are Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson pregnant? Tabloids and online gossip reports claim that Ashlee Simpson is pregnant. But, in an e-mail, Pete denied the reports. Denver Nuggets superstar Carmelo Anthony was busted on suspicion of DUI after playing his worst game of the season. Cops pulled him over for weaving and driving around with his brights on. Carmelo failed several field sobriety tests, but was only ticketed and released at the scene. Denver police don't put DUI suspects in jail, but he is due back in court May 14th. Anthony has issued a public apology through his agent.
Illusionist Criss Angel lost it in Las Vegas, after his girlfriend Veronica Grabowski, Miss Nevada USA, didn't make it into the finals in last weekends Miss USA pageant. Angel was so upset that he made an obscene gesture at an NBC cameraman. Angel was also mad because local gossip columnist Norm Clarke had written something about him intimidating a judge in the contest. The columnist is known for his eyepatch, which he wears for medical reasons. But Criss chased him down after the show, yelling obscenities, and then cornering him. Angel threatened, "Don't ever write another word about me...or you'll need a patch on your other eye!"

We have all heard the rumors that Rihanna and Chris Brown were a couple...but now its been made official...by Jordon Sparks. Jordon was asked point blank by Britain's Young Voices website, "Are Chris Brown and Rihanna dating?" and Jordon responded by saying, "Yeah, they are. It was really cool because I walked on the set and she was sitting there with Chris Brown and I was like 'I can't believe she's here.' She came over and told me she loved No Air and that it was one of her favorite songs."
George Clooney had the girls going crazy over him during his visit to London last week. One of them was model Elle Macpherson. Problem was, a source said, "Elle threw herself at him quite aggressively, but the gigantic cold sore on her lip was not helping her."
Bobby Brown is pissed that his ex-wife Whitney Houston will not sign off on the DVD sales of "Being Bobby Brown." Whitney was a regular on the reality series, but it was during her worst times and now that she is trying to reinvent herself, she does not want that video footage out there. Bobby tells "In Touch" magazine, "Whitney blames the show for ruining her career and won't sign off on the contract to release the DVD. Thre's a lot of money to be made, but, because she wont cooperate, we'll never see it. I have a serious problem with that because it affects ny income."
The New York Post was reporting yesterday that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen are actually engaged. Gisele stopped into LA's Billion Dollar Brows salon for some grooming. One of the workers noticed a really big diamond on her left hand and Gisele told her Tom bought it for her at Tiffany's, but she can't wear it much out since the paparazzi is all over her. So, instead, the salon turned on her and released the story.
Meanwhile, Gisele may be adding to her resume, but being the next leading lady opposite Mike Meyes in the next Austin Powers movie. This time around, the movie will be done entirely from Dr. Evil's point of view.
A very pregnant Jamie Lynn Spears was elbowed in the mouth after attending a drunken teen party with fiance Casey Adridge. There were over 500 drunk teens at this party, two of Casey's friends got into a fight and Jamie decided she was the person to jump in the middle of the two. Big sis Britney Spears was in a little fender bender over the weekend on the Ventura Freeway, after Britney slammed into the back of someones car while she tried to put on her makeup. Then, the car she hit, hit the car in front of him. But, shocking news, not one of the three cars had any damage. How does that happen? Not even a scratch? No word on whether or not Britney got a traffic ticket for causing the three car crash.
There are some online reports that Britne Spears ex-boyfriend/paparazzi, Adnan Ghalib was attacked and stabbed the other night. He recieved a stab wound to his arm, facial lacerations as well as a nice big shiner. Apparently, he's O.K., provided the story is even true.
Jessica Alba gave guests at her baby shower leather bracelets with the words, "life, love, heath, et cetera" on them and asked that everyone put them on before they all said a prayer. Then, after the prayer, Alba asked her guests to wear the bracelets until her baby is born.

Vanilla Ice was arrested in Palm Beach County, Florida for domestic battery after his wife called 911 to say her husband was hitting and kicking her. Police arrived at their home to find 40 year old Robert Van Winkle, in his motorcycle two blocks from their house. His wife, Laura, later told police that her husband hadn't actually kicked or punched her, instead, she changed her story and said he pushed her. Laura said she didn't want media attention but did announce that she planned to file for divorce. Rob will remain in jail until later this morning until he appears before a judge.
Two people ar being investigated for trying to launch a fashion line with a brand using George Clooney's name. Police in Milan, Italy said they seized garments and watches, as well as fake documentation. The line was set to be launched in Milan next week.
Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz has a bizarre/creepy fetish and it involves Jessica Simpson's shoe line. Pete says he loves all of his soon-to-be sister-in-laws clothing line, but especially her heels, and he wears them and dances around his house in them. Is he being serious? Pete and Ashlee Simpson announced their engagement this week.
Simon Cowell swears he did not buy Leona Lewis a $5 million dollar home in L.A. The "American Idol" judge joked and said he would be broke if he treated all of his artists every time he had a hit.
Britney Spears had a pretty successful guest stint on "How I Met Your Mother" but will she be back? Not in Neil Patrick Harris has his way. Neil, who stars on the show, is completely against the current guest "stunting" that networks use to try and get spikes in their ratings. He feels the show is strong on its own and doesn't need it. The show has also recently had Enrique Iglesias, Mandy Moore and Heidi Klum. Network execs may not feel the same, since they want that extra 1 millionn viewers each week and may even ask Britney to be a part of the show.
Meanwhile, Britney was so touched by this weeks "Idol Gives Back" show, she called and donated $25,000 on her American Express card. Of course, Britney had to ask her dad for permission before making the generous pledge, but friends say she was shocked when she found out children were dying in Africa from something as simple as a mosquito bite.
Man, show business is a tough business. CBS's new HIT "Secret Talents of the Stars" was canceled after just one show!!! Damn it!!
Lindsay Lohan wants to be taken seriously as an actress again and she thinks the best way to do that is by showing us all her Vuh-jay-jay. Yep, Lindsay has signed on to do a low-budget film where she plays a nymphomaniac waitress and will do full-frontal nudity for just $80,000.

Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy and Ashlee Simpson are engaged! The two released a statement on the website friendsorenemies.com and said, "We know there has been a lot of speculation recently about Pete and I and we wanted our fans to be the first to know, because you guys are the best. The Wall Street Journal's website reported that Katie Couric will most likely be leaving CBS long before the five-year contract she signed is up. Sources say her early exit could come as early as January following the presidential inauguration.
Court documents show that Robin Wright Penn has requested, and was granted a dismissal of the divorce petition she filed against estranged husband Sean Penn last December. Apparently, the differences were not so irreconcilable. The couple was also spotted at an Eddie Vedder concert Tuesday night , where Penn took to the stage and serenaded Robin. Aaaaaaw.
Its just another priveledged week in Hollywood. First, Mischa Barton gets out of any jail time for her DUI/marijuana possession. Now, Barron Hilton has also gotten off easy!! Barron pleaded no contest for DUI in court yesterday. The 19 year old was put on 3 years probation and he had his license revoked for one year. Barron must also attend a 3-month booze education class and pay a visit to the L.A. County morgue. Barron was arrested in February.
Disney has announced that starting next year ALL pictures coming out of its Pixar animation studio will be released in 3-D. I'm sure we can all thank Hannah Montana for this one.
And the Oscar goes to........50 CENT!!!!???? Well, maybe. 50 is in talks to star in an upcoming indie film called "Spectacular Regret." The movie's plot interconnects the lives of four Los Angeles natives struggling to overcome past events. 50 is in negotiations to play a death row inmate who becomes a media sensation while facing imminent execution. Sound like "Crash."

As production kicks off on the big-screen "High School Musical 3: Senior Year," Disney announced it is already moving forward on a fourth installment, for TV. One Disney exec has said, "We are writing 'High School Musical 4." There is no word yet if the original cast will return for number 4. "High School Musical 3" will open in on the big screen on October 24th.
Could it be true???? Is Ryan Reynolds almost single again??? There are some rumors that he and Scarlett Johansson's relationship could be on the rocks. The two have been dating for about a year and some say the problem is that Ryan is ready for kids and marriage, while Scar Jo is not ready for that. Is she CRAZY????????? HAS SHE SEEN RYAN REYNOLDS???

Lindsay Lohan has been slapped with a lawsuit from her former bodyguard, who says the actress has not paid him for past services. David Kim was hired by Lohan in 2006 to organize her security, at a fee of $4,000 a week for around-the-clock protection, but he quit 6 months into the deal since she was not paying. He is suing for $55,000 in damages and unpaid wages.

Poor Carrie Underwood, she is slowly becoming the next Jennifer Aniston, when it comes to finding love. Her most recent romance involved actor Chace Crawford from "Gossip Girl" and now we are learning that their breakup was done via text message. Carrie swears there were no hard feelings though and it ended very breezy, with sort of a 'peace out' kind of a vibe. Chace's sister says he actually was a little sad over the breakup, or so she told "People" magazine. But, I'm thinking he is just fine, considering he has already been seen getting flirty with his new co-star Michelle Trachtenberg.
Mischa Barton will accept a plea deal in her DUI, to avoid any jail time. A source says Mischa will be sentenced to a three month alcohol-education course, pay a fine of $1,700 and serve 3 years of unsupersvised probation. The courts agreed to drop the marijuana possession charge, because of the small amount found on her. The charge of driving without a license was reduced to an infraction.
Actor Rob Lowe is spreading the word...legally and online...about a former nanny that is now trying to extort $1.5 million from him or she will air the families dirty laundry. Lowe wrote online that this "is an attempt to damage and humiliate not only my wife and me, but our two young sons as well." Part of me thinks there is more to this story then we are hearing right now. Like, maybe...and I'm saying MAYBE...Rob had a fling with the nanny, who is now disgruntled and trying to get a payday to go away? I will keep you updated.

Jay-Z and Beyonce finally tied the knot. On Friday, there was a ton of activity at Jay's Tribeca apartment. There were several delivery trucks, dropping off flowers, silver candelabras and a white tent was set up on the roof. Some of the star power present for the nuptuals...Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Gwyneth Paltrow, Janet Jackson, Jermaine Dupri, Wyclef Jean, Kanye West and Pharrell Williams.
Britney Spears may have another TV job offer soon!! After her successful guest stint on "How I Met Your Mother," Carrie Ann Inaba, one of the judges from "Dancing With The Stars" wants Britney on the next installment of the show. Inaba thinks the show would definitely challenge Britney, but I would beg to differ. I think Britney has had waaaay too much experience in the dance studio to qualify!!
Benji Madden ex-fiance Sophie Monk is NOT doing a very good job at trying to make Benji jealous! Sophie was seen out Friday night with....RYAN SEACREST!!! The two dined at Ago's restaurant. They left the restaurant in the same car, where they hid behind the headrests in order to not get photographed.

Madonna has decided against adopting a Malawain girl. Instead, she will financially support the orphan financially from Britain. Madonna supposedly told aides she was exhausted by the mountains of red tape. Her adoption of son David Banda took almost 2 full years to finalize. The little girl, Mercy, was to be a part of Madonna's family, but the little girls family objected.
George Clooney got a creepy prank phone call, by someone claiming to be calling on behalf of George's friends. On the voice mail, Clooney said a calm, middled aged male voice said, "Dude, your friends asked me to give you a message: Dump the bitch before you're sorry!" George has police investigating, since he said NONE of his friends would have thought this was a funny joke. George has been dating girlfriend Sarah Larson for almost a year now.
New couple in Hollywood? I'm not sure, but sources have said Cameron Diaz and Gerard Butler have been on 3 dates in the past 10 days. One spy in LA saw them sharing drinks at Shutters Hotel, where they watched the sunset from the deck and Gerard has his arm around her.
Eva Longoria and Tony Parker have recieved an apology from X17, an online gossip site, after they claimed Parker had an affair with a French model last summer. Now, 4 months after the story was released, the site has apologized said they were mislead by the supposed mistress, Alexandra Paressant.

It was a tough night for reality TV, as there were injuries, a death in the family and Steven Guttenburg was booted off of "Dancing With The Stars."
First, David Cook, one of the "American Idol" contestants, was taken to the hospital last night after the show wrapped, because of heart palpitations and high blood pressure. David was treated by medics on the set, but wanted to wait until the show was over before being driven to the hospital. Cook has been under a ton of pressure while on the show, since his brother is currently battling cancer and had a setback last week. Cook was given medicine and will be monitored again before the next show. Earlier in the season, David collapsed and said he could not go on...though he ended up pulling it out at the last minute and performed.
Also on the set of "American Idol," Ryan Seacrest injured his knee after running into a wall. Yeah, you read right, he walked into a wall. The medics on the set used ice packs on his knee in between filming and he gimped his way through the show.
Derek Hough, Shannon Elizabeth's partner on "Dancing with the Stars" had a mishap yesterday during rehearsals. He apparently wrenched his neck while snapping some killer moves, went to the hospital, but was released and back in the dance studio by last night. Man, for a minute I panicked and thought maybe there was some horrible Mystic tanning accident!
Sad news yesterday for former "American Idol" contestant, Elliott Yamin, who's mother passed away at the age of 65. Elliott's mom Claudette had just moved back to Richmond, Virginia from L.A., was admitted to the hospital over the weekend, but passed away last night. The cause of death has not been released. Yamin placed 3rd in the 2006 Idol competition.
Was it real or an April Fool's joke? Jay Z and Beyonce filed for a marriage license yesterday in Scarsdale, New York....and it is now valid for 60 days. The couple have been dating since 2002 and have been reluctant to discuss their relationship publicly.
R. Kelly made his 113th Chicago court appearance, in connection with his pending child molestation case. The latest was to schedule another hearing pertaining to defense motions that are currently under seal. Kelly was charged in 2002 with videotaping himself engaging in sex acts with an allegedly 13-year old girl and the case seems finally on track to go to trial May9th.

Jesse McCartney's neighbors hate his acne ridden guts, because they say his late night...and all night parties have kept them all up. A notice was sent around the neighborhood, which calls out Jesse by name. It tells people to call 911 when things get out of control. Police have responded to many parties at his house, but no charges have been filed.
All five original members of The New Kids On The Block, Joey, Donnie, Danny, Jordan and Jonathan, will appear together on the "Today" show this Friday morning. The band is reuniting just in time to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the release of their mega-hit album "Hangin' Tough." The group also recently updated its website , nkotb.com
