Jennifer Aniston tops a new poll of celerity guests fans would most like to spend the upcoming Thanksgiving with. The former "Friends" star came in first with 26 percent. Also top picks, Tina Fey, Ellen Degeneres and her new bride Portia de Rossi, "Grey's Anatomy" star Patrick Dempsey, Tom and Suri Cruise, and Robert Pattinson from "Twilight."
Donda West's nephew, Stephen Scoggins, is now under investigation for her death. Kanye West's mom died last November after breast augmentation and liposuction. Donda was under the care of Scoggins, a registered nurse, when she came home just 5 hours after the surgery. Despite advice to receive post-op treatment from another facility, Donda decided to go home instead with Scoggins to care for her. She took Vicodin for the pain and felt better the next day. Scoggins then left her side to attend a baby shower and could not be reached when she went into distress. According to an autopsy, Donda experienced a painful death, with her throat becoming sore and her chest tightening up before she collapsed and was pronounced dead at the emergency room. Dr. Jan Adam's, who performed the surgeries, admitted that he and Scoggins never really discussed an after-care regimen. Part of the investigation is whether or not Scoggins administered too much vicodin too soon.
OK! magazine somehow managed to misspell the name of Ashlee Simpson on their cover! They were announcing the arrival of Ashlee and Pete's new baby boy Bronx and spelled her name "Ashley." A rep for the magazine told the NY Post, "It is highly embarrassing and, sadly, someone will probably be fired."
Carson Daly and girlfriend Siri Pinter are expecting their first child together. The 35 year old host of "Last Call with Carson Daly" will start playing dad in early Spring.
Perez Hilton is claiming the wedding of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt was completely stage for Us Magazine and most likely not even legal. The two supposedly got married November 20th, but were able to keep it secret until the magazine cover is released. The ceremony was held on a beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and it only took 15 minutes. Heidi's sister must also be on the magazines payroll, since she is "acting" sad that she was not told of the marriage ceremony.

most Amy Winehouse has been admitted to a London hospital AGAIN for a a "reaction to medication." This is the second time in recent months where Amy was rushed to the hosptial for "a reaction to medication." I think, and this is just my opinion, when you buy medication off the street, you probably will have a "reaction." Some sources are also saying Winehouse had a seizure before she was taken to the hospital.
An announcement on absolutepunk.net confirmed that No Doubt will be headlining on Saturday May 2nd and Fall Out Boy would be headlining the next night at Bamboozle 2009 in New Jersey.
Hayden Panettierre is the new spokesmodel for Donney & Burke purses and has teamed up with the label's designer Peter Dooney to create the perfect bag for Spring of 09. It's named after the "Heroes" star, "The Hayden Clutch" is made from Italian calfskin and fastened with a 24 carat gold plated lion head, inspired by her astrological sign of Leo.
Heidi Montag and longtime boyfriend Spencer Pratt got married in a secret ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on November 20th. The two didn't even tell their parents about the ceremony, but they did happen to have cameras there from US Weekly. Those two will whore themselves out for any amount of money. Speidi are set to guest star on "How I Met Your Mother" in January.
Paris Hilton is not very popular these days. First, her show "Paris Hilton's New BFF" has VERY low ratings on MTV, then she was booed so badly at a Hollywood party, she refused to take the stage. Paris was the 16th birthday party for designer Christian Audigier's daughter , Crystal) and was supposed to introduce The Pussycat Dolls, but when the host said Paris was coming up to the stage, the crowd booed her loudly. The same crowd showed excitement when the host had earlier mentioned the possibility of Britney Spears showing up. Paris was very upset and left the party. Somewhere, I hope Benji Madden is smiling.

Lindsay Lohan was seen drinking while out at a club over the weekend. Lindsay was at a club in Washington D.C. where her girlfriend Samantha Ronson was Dj-ing an event when sources saw Lindsay mixing vodka with Red Bull.
Travis Barker has filed a lawsuit against the owner and makers of what he says was a "defective" jet that crashed and killed 4 people in South Carolina. Travis and DJ Am survived the crash, but suffered severe burns. Travis is seeking at least $25,000 in damages. I think that number sounds VERY low.
Megan Fox admits she has a huge crush on Zac Efron. Megan was at this years GQ Men of the Year Awards and got hammered enough to talk about her crush and said, "I'm obsessed with him. What you don't know is that Zac and I are the same person...it's like Janet and Michael, we are the same person." What? She babbles when she is drunk.
Meg Ryan is selling her Bel-Air home for a very affordable $19.5 million dollars. The home has been on the market for two years and was looked at by the Beckham's when they were moving to LA. Most recently, Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck took a look at the house, but didn't make an offer.
Justin Timberlake just bought a new NYC lovenest for $7 million. This could be a new home for Justin and Jessica Biel? There are rumors that Justin just gave Jessica an antique ring, but no word on whether they are engaged.
"Desperate Houswives" star Nicolette Sheridan and David Spade seem to be a new couple. The two were seen making out in a booth at Nicolette's 45th birthday party. Interesting couple.
The Screen Actors Guild will ask its members to authorize a strike after its talks with Hollywood studios broke down...despite the help of a federal mediator. This could mean reality TV and more reruns for us.
No Doubt has announced they will be reuniting in 2009 for a tour. This will be the first time the group will be together on stage in 5 years.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz are now parents! Ashlee had a baby boy last name, which the couple named Bronx Mowgli Wentz and he weighed 7 pds 11oz.
Man, if you want a quickie divorce, just head to London. Madonna and Guy Richie announced about a month ago that they were splitting up and already a British court will grant their divorce today! The couple apparently settled their finances, and rumor has it, Madonna will be keeping most of her $445 million dollar fortune. The two will share custody of adopted son David Banda and Rocco. Lourdes wasn't part of the custody battle since Madonna shares custody of Lourdes with her real dad.
Madonna seems to be handling the breakup well. She was seen out on Wednesday night at the Greenwich Hotel with her first husband, Sean Penn, having drinks.
If you want an interview with Brad and Angelina, then get ready to fill out some paperwork! The two apparently have some control issues and pretty much make magazines sign a contract saying the article will show the family in a positive light. The couple also gets to see a layout ahead of time and see what direction the article is going in before they give it their final O.K.
Wentworth Miller told a French TV show that "Prison Break" was going to end this season. He says that the whole crew knows it and that a fifth season would only be for the money and he doesn't want to be a part of it. Smart move.

Forbes.com has released the list of Hollywood couples that made the most cash this past year and the winner won by a long shot. Jay Z and Beyonce made $162 million in 2008, coming in second was Will and Jada Pinkett Smith with a measly $85 million. Others on the list, Eva Longoria and Tony Parker, Seal and Heidi Klum, Josh Duhamel and Fergie and Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez. I was actually shocked Marc and Jennifer made $11 million, I thought it would have been higher.
Did Paris Hilton dump Benji because he wasn't rich enough? Rumor has it, Paris may have already hooked up with a billionaire. Yes, you heard me...BILLIONAIRE. Benji does just fine, but a house in Glendale probably was not what Paris had in mind. No word yet on who this mystery man is.

Paris Hilton and Benji Madden are no longer a couple. WOO-HOO!!! I mean, that is so sad. I love Benji and always thought he could do better. A source close to Hilton says the couple broke up a few days. The source said Paris "is saddened by the breakup but they're just too different and they wanted different things in life." Speculation started last week after Paris was photographed getting cozy with her ex-boyfriend Stavros Niarchos in Miami. Then, on Tuesday night, Hilton and Madden partied separately in Los Angeles. The couple has been dating for nine months prior to their split.
According to an insider close to the Paris, "Paris was fed up with Benji always telling her what to do and bossing her around. She couldn't take his overbearing ways anymore. It was stressing her out. He can be very aggressive and he was just too much trouble. Benji didn't take the break up well The source says, "He fought for a second chance and asked if they could talk it out, but Paris said she was done talking." The demise of their romance was not an overnight thing though, the source said, "They've had a lot of fights in the past." The nail in the coffin was a showdown over Paris' flirty night out with her ex-boyfriend Stavros on Saturday.

According to a British court, Michael Jackson used a mind-mapping guru costing more than $340,000 to help boost his flagging career. An Arab Sheikh paid a British movitivational expert (Tony Buzan) for a week's work...at $40,000 per session, while he hosted Michael at his mansion in Bahrain. Seems Jacksons was having some pretty severe issues with stage fright and has barely performed in years. The motivational guy was supposed to help in a sense of "creative assistance."
"Twilight" star Robert Pattinson showed up at a post party to his L.A. premiere of his movie with actress Camilla Belle. She is the actress most recently linked with Joe Jonas. But, there was no sign of Joe on the red carpet or at the after party. Of course, this has started rumors that Camilla dumped Joe already for Robert, but I guess that is not the case. I guess Camilla IS rumored to be dating Robert's best friend actor Tom Sturridge. Uh-Oh. You just know Taylor Swift has a huge smile on her face today.
Now that Wanda Sykes has come out of the closet in opposition to the passing of Prop. 8 in California, Hollywood is buzzing about the possibility Queen Latifah may be the next major star to come out of the closet. She has always stayed away from discussing her personal or sexual choices, but its been long rumored that the rapper/actress has been in a long term relationship with personal trainer Jeanette Jenkins. The Chicago Sun Times reports that some gay Hollywood power brokers are pressuring Queen Latifah to use her popularity to stand up, come out, and challenge Californians to reverse the Proposition 8 vote that banned same sex marriages.
Disney Star Cody Linley got booted from "Dancing with the Stars" last night and according to insiders, it might have come at a good time. According to people on the set, the teen star has become quite the diva since joining the show. One staffer said he was always whining about someone or something.
Singer Katy Perry denies reports she has gone under the knife to enhance her chest. Katie was rumored to have gotten a boob job, but she said she would rather spend her money on fashion than plastic surgery.

So far the LA "Tea Fire" had claimed one celebrity home...Christopher Lloyd's 11 million dollar home was completely destroyed as the fires moved too fast for firefighters to save the mansion. Lloyd, best known as the crazy scientist in "Back to the Future" said he did not plan to rebuild, since it would just be too big of an undertaking.
Looks Like Ashlee Simpson-Wentz may be inducing labor. Jessica Simpson was on with Ellen Degeneres and said, "They're going to have to induce, it's already developing really quick." Jessica's episode with Ellen runs tomorrow.
Good news for fans of the NBC AWESOME SHOW "Lipstick Jungle." According to Brooke Shields, the rumors of the show getting the ax were not true and they are still shooting. Brooke thinks the rumor started after the show "My Own Worst Enemy" was canceled, but she said, "They're not breaking down sets. We're still working. We still have more to do, so it's erroneously presented that we've been canceled, thank God." Brooke went on to say, "Our bosses are saying, 'You're not canceled, don't worry. We're just trying to figure out how to make this make sense." This gives me hope.
Angelina Jolie has a new reason to hate and stay estranged from her father. Now Angie is mad that her dad backed John McCain for President. Angie was apparently "embarrassed" by John Voight for attending the Republican National Convention. Clearly, Brad Pitt and Angelina were HUGE Barack Obama supporters.
There will be a special GQ "Obsession of the Year" with Barack Obama on the cover. Michael Phelps will also show off his abs again, Megan Fox is the only female that made the cut.
Heather Locklear has officially been charged with driving under the influence for her arrest in September. No Alcohol or illegal drugs were found in her system, but prosecutors believe she consumed enough prescription medication to impair her driving ability when she was arrested September 27th.
Scarlett Johansson is featured in the new issue of Allure magazine and talks about two things. First, she doesn't understand why Lindsay Lohan hates her so much. The two apparently met about 3 times, but barely know each other...but Scarlett must have pissed Linds off enough to write mean things about ScarJo on a bathroom stall wall in NYC. The second topic, Scarlett mentions she recently found out her lips were the inspiration behind the song "I Kissed a Girl."

Katy Perry said she almost threw up after meeting Madonna backstage at a concert recently. Katy said Madonna personally invited her to to come back stage at one of her shows and it was like being summoned by the Queen. Katy said she got weak knees and thought she was going to pass out. She also said Madonna was VERY petitie and came up to her chest.
Angelina Jolie says her acting days are numbered so she can focus on raising her family. The actress tells the BBC that she doesn't "plan to keep acting very long" and that she will just "fade away." She says she plans to "work for a few months" in February then take a year off from acting. Jolie says she has a lot of children to be responsible for, so she is cutting back from acting.
Ever since Jennifer Aniston criticized Angelina Jolie in Vogue and on "Oprah," a source close to Angie said she was "totally thrown" by Jen's Vogue comments, thinking Aniston had "moved on...and wouldn't want to reopen this old wound." Jen was actually in great spirits on with Oprah yesterday and was in a great mood. She is normally a very closed off person, but man, that Oprah can get anyone to talk!! Jen even admitted she is dating John Mayer. Thank God she finally has a man.
Kanye West was arrested this morning in London at the airport, in the same type of paparazzi run in that got him in trouble the last time. The photographer got too close to Kanye, Kanye shoved the guys camera into his face and the paparazzo said his face was was cut. Kanye was later arrested at the Hilton he was staying at, but was later released without being charged. This news comes the same day news came out that Kanye was quoted saying that he thinks he is to music what Michael Jordan was to basketball.
The rumors apparently not true that Sarah Palin would be guest starring in the season finale of "Desperate Housewives." One of the shows executive producers, Sabrina Wind, says there is no validity to this claim.
"How I Met Your Mother" is going to have a complete D-lister guest starring episode!! First, we heard Heidi Montag, Spencer Pratt and Kim Kardashian would be on the show, now we hear Kendra Wilkinson will also be on the same show!
If you were curious how many people tuned in to see how Elizabeth Hasselbeck handled the morning after Barack Obama became our next president...A TON. 6.2 million people tuned in to the November 5th episode of "The View," the largest audience the show has ever had.
Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds are getting married...AGAIN. The two first tied the knot at a remote wilderness resort off the coast of Vancouver BC in September. Problem was, a ton of friends and family couldn't make it. So wedding number two will have 150 guests, but no word on where this one will be held. She is so lucky I want to punch her.

Brad Pitt was NOT happy about the interview Jennifer Aniston just did with Vogue where she calls Angelina's last interview describing how she and Brad fell in love at work " very uncool." Im proud of Jen for finally speaking up. In Angie's interview, she talked about how she couldn't wait to get to work every to see Brad and Jen said in her interview that she felt those comments were "inappropriate" since Jennifer and Brad were still married at the time. I guess, Brad called Jen yesterday and pretty much told her to SHUT IT. I guess he and Angie were pissed when they heard of the interview and what Jen had said. According to Jen's rep, what ever took place during that phone call is no ones business.
Taylor Swift and Joe Jonas are history, but the young country singer was asked by OK! magazine what she thought of her ex-boyfriend's decision to public with his relationship with his new older girlfriend, 22 year old "10,000 BC" actress Camilla Belle. Taylor is quoted telling the tabloid, "They've been together for months. That's why we broke up." Swift says her best advice for getting over the heartbreak is to write songs about it. When asked if she and Joe are still friends, Taylor said, "We don't talk."
John Mayer may be at his "jump the shark" moment. Im worried about John, who has agreed to host his own variety show for CBS. It is supposed to premier sometime in 2009 and is described as music, variety, and a sketch show in the 60's mold.
Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch will now be called Sycamore Valley Ranch, so the company that now owns it can TRY and wash away the pervy thougts that come to mind when you think of the Neverland Ranch. The home will sell for $24.5 million and is now owned by the equity group Colony Capital.
So, you know how Adrienne from the Cheetah Girls "had her computer stolen" and naughty naked pictures were then leaked to tabloid sights? Well, turns out, Adrienne was in on the whole thing. Celebrity blogger, Jonathan Jaxson said he was asked, as a friend, to help Adrienne pull off the dirty picture leak so people would look at her as something other then a Disney artist. Well, since Disney is not amused, Adrienne threw Jonathan under the bus and said she had nothing to do with it.
I don't know why The National Enquirer waited until AFTER John McCain LOST his bid for President, but they are now printing pictures, supposedly taken in 2006 that show Cindy McCain in a lip lock with some other dude. The photos are pretty grainy, but the magazine says there are more pictures which will appear in their next issue.

Gossip goes local today as KISS FM Seattle afternoon traffic reporter Nina was featured on the website Thedirty.com I guess you can find "our girl Nina" under the link "Seattle Club Rats." Poor Nina, the comments are not kind, but if you go through the whole site, no one is safe from scrutiny. I believe our very own DJ Phase is also found on the site!!
Joe Jonas dumped Taylor Swift over the phone in 27 seconds. That could be a world record, but I think we may know now why. Joe has already hooked up with Camilla Belle. If you arent familiar with Camilla, her most famous role was in the movie "10,000 BC." The two met on the set of of the Jonas Brothers video for "LoveBug." Joe is 19, Camilla is 22.
Ralph Macchio, yeah, the Karate Kid, will be on "Ugly Betty" tomorrow night. He will play a politician that tries to tall Betty's sister into getting a business permit for her hair salon. Wow, that sounds riveting. I hear it ran last week, but Im getting conflicting reports.

Lauren Conrad denies a report in the New York Post that she threw a fit and acted like a diva at New York's JFK Airport last week. LC blogged about the rumor on her MySpace page and said it never happened. Lauren said, "I just don't think that highly of myself."
Jennifer Aniston is FINALLY breaking the silence, regarding Angelina Jolie pretty much stealing her husband. Jennifer is featured in the next issue of Vogue and talks about Angie's recent interview where she tells the world about how she and Brad fell in love on the set of Mr. and Mrs. Smith. Jen calls the info Ang gave "a little inappropriate to discuss," especially since Jennifer and Brad were still married when Angelina fell for him. When asked about John Mayer, Jen talks about how John had told the paparazzi that he broke up with Jennifer since he couldn't give her the things she wanted and it wasn't fair to her. Brad Pitt was roughed up by a security guard who was trying to get the actor away from photographers at a movie premier on Monday. Pitt was at the premier of his new movie "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" in Los Angeles. Some photographers entered the lobby so the security guard grabbed, pushed and spun Brad around in an attempt to get him away. Brad was able to make it up a stairway and stayed there until the lobby was cleared. The security guard released a statement saying it was his job to protect the actor and he "removed Mr. Pitt immediately from what could have been a potentially dangerous situation." Brad was cool about all the commotion saying, "Ultimately, it was just another day in the life..."
Update of actor Jesse Metcalfe, who was knocked unconscious after falling 40 feet off a balcony while at the World Music Awards in Monaco. Jesse's rep says the actor only had two glasses of champagne, but don't forget, the actor has spent some time in rehab for alcohol abuse. So, my guess is, he was hammered, sat on the edge of the balcony and then fell off. Would you believe he didn't suffer a single broken bone? He is now at a London hospital, where he will continue to heal from some bruising.

A spokesperson for actor Jesse Metcalfe has confirmed he took a horrible fall from a balcony at an afterparty for the World Music Awards in Monaco on Sunday. Emergency crews found him unconscious and rushed him to an emergency room in Monaco. Yesterday he was flown to a hospital in London and if all goes well after an MRI today, he may get to go home this week. Miraculously, Jesse escaped his fall without a single broken bone.
Chris Brown has thrown down a dance-off challenge to Usher. Ooooooooooh. Daaaayaaamn!! Chris says he deserves the title of the best dancer in music. He said, "Usher is a good dancer and he's a great guy but when it comes to dancing, I think I'm better. I don't mean to sound arrogant, but I know I could take him on the dance floor."
Tokio Hotel is shooting down rumors that they will record a collaboration with Miley Cyrus on their upcoming album. Beyonce said she would never have considered selling her wedding photos with Jay Z to any magazines. She did say though that she was AMAZED at the amount of money that was offered for the pictures. I know, short story, no payoff.
If you are a fan of the CBS show "How I Met Your Mother" then I don't know if you will be happy or mad at this news. They have announced Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt will guest star on an episode of the show which will air in January. Both film their segments this week. Co-creator and executive producer Craig Thomas said, "We can confirm that Heidi and Spencer will appear on the show, but we can't give away anything specific about the episode. All we can say is that they play themselves and one of them is 'The Mother.'" What??????
Columbia Pictures is developing a new version of the 1984 hit "The Karate Kid" starring Will and Jada Pinkett Smith's son Jaden. Jaden starred in "The Pursuit of Happyness" with his dad. The film will shoot next year in Beijing and other cities. It will borrow elements of the original plot, wherein a bullied youth learns to stand up for himself with the help of an eccentric mentor.

Why can't Oprah let the rest of the world see some success??? Oprah rules the world, already makes millions with Harpo Productions and now we hear she will be starting the OWN Network. Oprah's syndication deal ends in fall of 2011, which will be the end of her 25th season. Sources say Oprah hasn't decided whether or not continue to produce her show. The Oprah Winfrey Show is currently under contract with Discovery. But, if she launches OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) she can just run her show on her own.
Miley Cyrus' mom says she totally keeps a close eye on her 15 year old daughter and her 20 year old boyfriend. According to mom Leticia, she keeps tabs on Miley VIA TEXT MESSAGES. What? Does she really think that will keep her daughter on track? Miley says, "If you look at my text in box, its mom, mom, mom. She'll send them constantly." Wow, what a naive family.
So, I would say to NOT leave Lindsay Lohan scorned. She does not handle it well. I guess Lindsay and Justin Timberlake had a one night stand back in January after meeting at the Beverly Hills Hotel and then Justin invited her back to his suite, but instead, Lindsay invited him to her house because she thought they could keep it quiet that way. Which worked then, but now she is blabbing about it. I think the reason is because the two made plans to hook-up again and he stood her up. Now, if the time frame is correct, wouldn't that make Justin a big 'ol cheater on poor Jessica Biel??
Uh-oh. New Disney scandal. This time, there is a nude picture on the internet of one of the Cheetah Girls. It was Adrienne Bailon and she took the photo with her computer camera, probably for her boyfriend (Kim Kardashian's brother), but were stolen at an airport in NY and sent to several media outlets. Adrienne will be pursuing legal action against the person or persons responsible.

So, we heard yesterday that Britney and Justin would be reunited on stage last night at Madonna's concert at Dodgers Stadium. Well, it SORT OF happened. Britney looked GREAT and did "Human Nature" with Madonna and then later on, Justin sang "4 Minutes" with Madge.
Since Proposition 8 passed in California, there are some pissed celebrity gay couples out there. One particularly mad, Melissa Ethridge. Now, her marriage to Tammy Lynn Michaels isn't really legal anymore, so Melissa has a plan. In a very long quote, which I will shorten for you, Melissa says if California voters don't consider her a full citizen with the same benefits of other citizens in the state, then she will no longer pay state taxes. Damnnnnnnnn. She is not kidding. She could get arrested for tax fraud, but she plans to make a point.
Looks like George Clooney may be warming up to the idea of making a cameo in the series finale of ER. Noah Wyle told TV Guide that George said, "Absolutely, schedule permitting." Eric LaSalle will be back for the show and will also direct an episode this month.
Suorces say Jennifer Aniston's guest spot on 30 Rock could turn into a regular role, if cast members on the show have their way. In her guest appearance on the show she will play a total psycho that is infatuated with TV Executive Jack Donaghy, played by Alec Baldwin, in an upcoming episode, and the cast and crew loved her. Sources claim NBC execs are considering asking her to return for more episodes.

Star magazine is reporting Jennifer Aniston has been having secret fertility treatments and is pregnant with twins...WITH JOHN MAYER!!!!!! Jen's biological clock began ticking, so tabloids claim she had some eggs frozen just in case she didn't meet Mr. Right. But now, that SHE has proposed to John and he is excited about being a dad, she has done everything possible to conceive before her 40th birthday in February. Star magazine claims Aniston had alternative medicine treatments to increase her chances of having twins.
Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake could be performing tonight with Madonna. There was an announcement yesterday that Britney and her EX, Justin, will be joining Madonna on stage for Madge's concert tonight at Dodger Stadium. It would be the first time Britney has been seen with her ex Justin in years. It would also be the first Britney has appeared on stage with Madonna since their infamous kiss at the 2003 VMA's. Simon Cowell is ticked off, cuz Beyonce was given a song that was originally meant for Leona Lewis' new album. Leona was expected to record "Halo" and release it as the first single from her second album. The song was written by OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder, who also wrote Leona's monster hit "Bleeding Love." Well, actually he co-wrote it with Jesse McCartney. But, the track was given to Beyonce because Leona was too busy to record it. Leona Lewis is expected to release the follow up to her debut album, "Spirit" in 2009.
So, there has always been a bit of a mystery around the pregnancy of Minnie Driver. She never mentioned the father and no one still knows really who the dad of little Henry Story is. Well, now we hears Minnie was dating someone named Henry in the business, he was a TV writer, but the second she told him she was preggers, he hit the road.
Actress Jaime Pressly and her fiance, DJ Eric Cubiche, have seperated. The "My Name Is Earl" star says, "We are taking a break from our relationship, but we are together every day with Dezi and still love each other very much." The have a son, Dezi James, who was born in 2007. They plan to "remain close friends as we both adore our son and want to make sure he knows we both love him more than life."

Charlize Theron has settled a $20 million breach of contract lawsuit against her. The suit was filed against the actress last year by a Swiss watchmaker. The company claimed that Theron had worn a Christian Dior watch during a press event in 2006, despite being paid "substantial funds" to exclusively wear watches from their company. The amount of the settlement was not released.
Tim Robbins was turned away from his regular polling place in New York City on Tuesday because election workers couldn't find his name. The actor said the poll workers know him there and that he has been voting there for 15 years. That's why Robbins was confused he was turned away, especially since he voted in the primaries. He went to the city's Board of Elections and everything was straightened out. He went back to the polling place and voted.
Jessica Simpson is speaking out about her present and past relationships in the December issue of Cosmopolitan and the singer hinted that ex-husband Nick Lachey wasn't "the right one." Simpson said, "I always falls for guys I wanted to save, " but this time she fell in love with someone who saved her, referring to current boyfriend Tony Romo. The singer hasn't ruled out marriage with Romo but says if she gets "married again, then it will be the last time." Simpson says her ex "Nick will always be a part of my life. But next time, I'm marrying the right one."

Amy Winehouse checked herself back into a hospital...after only being discharged this past Friday after undergoing a series of precautionary tests. Really?????????? A source said she had a chest infection and underwent some tests to make sure nothing else was wrong. The problem is that Amy is having trouble quitting smoking.
British actor/comedian Russell Brand is working on a deal to appear in "Pirates of The Caribbean4" as Captain Jack Sparrows brother. The deal to play Jonathan, younger brother of Johnny Depp's character, could be worth $8 million dollars! A source tells The Sun, "There couldn't be a role more perfectly suited. There's a lot of Jack Sparrow in his mannerisms and behavior. Depp's accent isn't a mile away from Russell's either. A Hollywood insider says, "Russell joining the Sparrows alongside Johnny and Keith Richards as their dad will complete the ultimate on-screen family."
Lindsay Lohan has been dropped has host of the World Music Awards in Monaco next weekend. At the last moment, producers panicked over whether she was actually up to the job. Organizers got Jesse Metcalfe to give her some back-up for the all-star show but didn't go down well with Lindsay and now, she's been replaced by Denise Richards.

Keanu Reeves is off the hook after a jury cleared the actor of any wrong doing in a civil case that was brought on by a member of the paparazzi. The photographer was seeking over $700,000 in damages, claiming he hurt his left wrist after getting knocked down by the 44 year old actor's Porsche. It took the jury a little over an hour on Monday to clear Reeves. I think the paps need to stop hanging on top of celebrities cars as they TRY to drive away from stores and restaurants and then they won't get hurt.

Finally, Criss Angel and Holly Madison have finally gone out and showed some PDA. The two were all over each other, kissing and whatnot, before and after Criss' new show "Believe" in Las Vegas. Its the latest Cirque Du Soleil show and Criss said, "This is one of the most special evenings for me in my life and I can not think of a ore beautiful prson, a more special person, inside and out, than Holly to spend it with." When asked how the two hooked up, Criss says, "I got lucky. I didn't have a date and so she said, 'I'll come.' She makes me look good."
It seems "The Girls Next Door" is pretty much over as we know it. Holly is now with Criss, Kendra is in the process of moving out and Bridget has said, "I don't know how much longer I'll be there."
Oprah Winfrey voted early in Chicago. She said she waited "an hour and 12 minutes." Right!!! She said the experience was "emotional." Oprah apparently did a little dance as a group of polling workers together shouted out her name when it was finally her turn to vote. Meantime, Oprah is set to join Presidential candidate Barack Obama at his Election night rally tomorrow night.
Jessica Simpson's BFF and hairdresser, Ken Paves, took quite the hit after he and Jess were rushed by the paparazzi as they left Madeo. Ken got hit so hard by one of the paps he had blood running down his face. They did manage to get into Jessica's waiting car, but took him straight to the hospital. According to a witness, Ken was hit in the face with a camera and his forehead was bleeding.
A CBS poll released this weekend showed a 13 point lead for Barack Obama among early voters. But the same poll also picked John Kerry as the winner in the last election. Side note...CBS far oversampled Democrats. The party-identification split on Democrats to Republicans has a 13-point gap, 41 percent to 28 percent.
HOT actor Ryan Reynolds ran the New York City Marathon yesterday, ending with a time of 3 hours and 50 minutes. Not bad!!! He told reporters when he crossed the finish line, "It was an incredible experience." Reynolds ran for his dad, Jim Ryenolds, who has battled Parkinson's Disease for the past 15 years.
The marriage may be over, but the war has just begun. The rumors continue that there was no prenup for Madonna and Guy Ritchie, and now that things have gotten ugly...he may try to clean her out!! The couple is worth $520 million total!! Madonna has offered him their English countryside estate and $15 million in cash. He is going for more.
