Misha Barton's ex, Cisco Adler was arrested in Fargo, North Dakota early yesterday after he beat up a bar employee. After his performance, Cisco got into a fight with some dude and while he was being kicked out of the club by security, he punched one of the employees in the nose. He was thrown in jail for simple assault and posted bail.
Life & Style weekly reports that Rihanna and boyfriend Chris Brown booked two different rooms recently while staying at a hotel in Houton, Texas. The magazine said, "They used one room to put their things in, mostly because Rihanna travels a lot of stuff. She's a real girlie girl and she brings along lots of clothes, makeup, accessories. It's like her whole closet travels with her. Of course, they didn't sleep separately! Right now, rumor is, the two are currently in Hawaii vacationing for Christmas.
Jeremy Piven of "Entourage" had to drop out of the broadway play he had been acting in, after he mysteriously fell ill. Producers said Piven felt sick from the beginning of his run on the show, thinking he had mono. Then they thought it was the Epstein-Barr Virus. Well, it turns out, he has been suffering from extreme mercury poisoning. Apparently, the cause was eating Sushi twice a day, every day. Piven's doctor said he has never had a patient with a mercury level this high.
Zach Braff, Kim Kardashian and Selena Gomez are the top celebs with the most friends on MySpace. Also on the list, Paris Hilton, Ashton Kutcher, Jenna Fischer, Criss Angel, Hayden Panettiere, Shanna Moakler, Travis Barker and Lauren Conrad.
According to OK! magazine Jennifer Aniton said she is totally ready to do a movie version of "Friends." She just wants it to happen fast though, she said she just wants to happen soon so she doesn't look too old!!
Paris Hilton could be singing at the Oscars!! The song "Zydrate Anatomy," which is Hilton helps sing in the film "Repo! The Genetic Opera," is one of 49 songs nominated for the best original song Oscar. The people who sing the songs in the movie usually sing it at the ceremony.
Sources are reporting Benji Madden has been set up on dates with Britney Spears. The two were set up for a private dinner at a hotel where a private dinner was all ready for them. Her manager Larry Rudolph set the date up and apparently the two hit it off.

A rep for Tiffany Thiessen says the actress is not pregnant, despite recent rumors. Star magazine says the actress and her husband, actor Brady Smith have wanted to get pregnant so bad that they have been seeing a fertility specialist in LA.
Duffy has signed a six figure deal to promote Diet Coke. She was chosen as a way to distance the drink from its long-time association with "stick-thin models and chiseled hunks."
PETA has named Leona Lewis as their Person of the Year. Last year it was Carrie Underwood. Leona has been a vegetarian since she was 12 and is also an avid anti-animal cruelty advocate. Leona says you will never see her wear fur or leather.
Us Weekly is reporting that the marriage of Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony is at a breaking point. The rumors started after Jennifer showed up at the premier of "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" last week without her 8-carat diamond engagement ring, wedding band or Marc Anthony. Some inside sources say Anthony is very controlling and even keeps tabs on her phone calls. Now, others say the two were spotted just Tuesday at a restaurant in Beverly Hills kissing over dinner. I don't believe they are breaking up.
There are a bunch rumors out today as far as the casting for the upcoming Batman movie which will be titled "Gotham." We hear Eddie Murphy has been cast as The Riddler, Shia LaBeouf will play Robin, Christian Bale will be back as Batman, Michael Caine will be back as his assistant Alfred and possibly Rachel Weisz as Catwoman.
The rumors of "The Office" star John Krasinski and Emily Blunt dating may really be true. The two were seen on a good old-fashion movie date at the Arclight in LA Monday night.

Demi Lovato says she has never and will never make out with any of the Jonas brothers. Demi talks about those rumors in the latest issue if Seventeen magazine and said that they just aren't her type. She made sure to say she adores them but thinks of them more as brothers.
Elisabeth Hasselbeck got an apology from the White House after she complained on "The View" that she didn't receive her usual invitation to the annual White House Christmas party. The conservative host said she had a bone to pick with the White House and added, "Maybe I didn't do enough for the Republican party this year." Of course, Elisabeth received an apology right after the show with an invitation to the last Republican shindig for many years to come.
Hilary Duff is on the cover of the new Maxim and wants to set the record straight about rumors that have been reported about her as far back as 2006. Why would you remind people of things said about you in 2006, we all forgot about it already. Hilary said she NEVER claimed to be a virgin in 2006 and also wants us to know that she does not give guys lap dances at clubs, since she doesn't even know how to give a lap dance. I don't believe that for a second!
Ryan Phillippe and Abbie Cornish were returning back to their hotel after attending a Calvin Klein store opening in Sydney, Australia. They were approached too closely by the paparazzi when a very drunk Ryan flipped out, started cussing and charged at the photographer. Ryan then yelled, "We're tired and I'm drunk." Police were called to the scene, but no one was arrested.

Katy Perry and Gym Class Heroes lead singer Travis McCoy are engaged. They have been keeping this a secret. After giving her a yellow diamond promise ring this summer, Travis popped the question recently in Paris by kissing Perry with the new massive wedding ring in his mouth! Im kind of grossed out by this.
If you are a fan of "Twilight" then I have exciting news for you! You will only have to wait 11 months for the sequal. "New Moon" is slated for a Friday, November 20th release date. This time around, Chris Weitz of "The Golden Compass" will direct.
According to Nicole Richie, rumors of her working on a CD are not correct. Nicole said she has not been seeking musical advice from Rihanna or Kelly Osbourne. While Nicole said they are both talented, she said it just isn't true. Nicole says her plate is full (now, of course, this is just a figure of speech, since Nicole doesn't eat) with auditions for her acting, doing design for my line, and being a mom, so that pretty much takes up my days."
Vandals around LA are tagging bus ads and poster all over the city for the "Marley and Me" movie. Instead of drawing the usual moustaches, gang symbols or genetalia, they are just spray painting the ending to the movie. You figure it out. Its a movie, starring an adorable dog. What do you think?
While Madonna has agreed to ex-hubby Guy Ritchie's request for her to return to Britain for the holiday season so he can see the kids. BUT...under one condition. ONLY if she can bring Alex Rodriguez with her. Sources say Madonna has offered to fly him there first class and put him up in the best hotel in town...to show that she can take care of him, just as well as he could take care of her. Aaaaaw.

Pete Wentz has shot down rumors that he and his wife Ashlee Simpson have been shopping around pictures of their new son Bronx Mowgli to the tabloids. In fact, Pete says, "The truth is, like every celebrity couple we were offered mounds and mounds of money by mags from here to Guam to pimp out the baby. We just don't want to go down that road with him. We are not placing judgement on those that do as they often use the money in a very charitable way. However, we have made the decision to not sell Bronx's baby pictures right now."
The creator of "One Tree Hill" is in negotiations to write the script for the CW's new take on "Melrose Place." He will continue as executive producer and showrunner on "One Tree Hill" if the series is picked up for a seventh season next fall.
Party girl/train wreck Tara Reid has entered a rehab facility. Her rep said that "Reid has checked herself into Promises Treatment Center." Her rep did not say why she entered the facility or what drug she was abusing. And, there was no word whether she will spend the holidays at Promises.
Word has it, '90210' star Shanae Grimes may be heading down the Lohan highway. She co-hosted the Gemini Awards in Toronto with Jason Priestly recently and was "totally wired." In insider said "It's pretty impossible to be that high-energy without some help." The 19 year old has also been partying non-stop that she is showing up late to the set and forgetting her lines.
Michael Jackson really is the master of blending into a crowd. He wanted to lay low while shopping in Beverly Hills Friday, so he disguised himself with a Zorro mask, scarf, hat, an indian silk shirt and bedroom slippers while making his way through several high end stores. I'm sure no one was able to crack that code.

The rumors are true, Usher and his wife Tameka have had their second child. The baby was born on Wednesday and they named him Naviyd Ely Raymond. This is the second child for Usher and Tameka and the FIFTH child overall for her. Dang, she is a baby maker!
Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson have asked Gym Class Heroes frontman Travis McCoy to be the Godfather of their son Bronx Mowgli.
"Private Practie"star Kate Walsh's husband has filed for divorce after just 14 months of marriage. Film Executive Alex Young cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Court papers show the two have been separated since November. The two were married in 2007 after just dating a few months.
Scarlett Johansson is still glowing about her marriage to Ryan Reynolds. She tells the British version of Cosmopolitan: "Getting married is a huge moment in anyone's life, and a few months leading up to it were a little crazy. But Ryan and I are in love, and we're enjoying evolving our relationship together. I feel like my life and my work are heading in the right direction."
Tom Cruise has gotten a restraining order against a military veteran who repeatedly showed up uninvited Cruise's Beverly Hills home to try and hand deliver a letter to the actor. This same guy, last month, waved a gun and an American flag on a HighWAY 101 overpass and stopped traffic for hours in Santa Barbara.

Britney Spears poses with her two sons in front of a GIANT Christmas tree at her house as she taped a Holiday message to her fans for Britneyspears.com. She has got to be on some serious diet pills because that girls talks a mile a minute!!
Sources say Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz are hoping to cash in on baby Bronx Mowgli. Apparently, the couple has been contacting all the tabloids and offering to sell the first baby pictures....but so far, no takers. According to the NY Post, "Pete and Ashlee have approached every single magazine with offers, but nobody wants them. Covers of them tend to not sell well."
Sources say producers are actively working once more on getting Tori Spelling on screen as Donna Martin before the first season of "90210" wraps up. Producers are looking to book her for at least two episodes.
"Desperate Housewives" creator Marc Cherry says he plans on extending the hit ABC show two more seasons. Cherry originally wanted to end the show after seven season, but now it looks like its going on a bit longer. After the cast cut their 100th episode cake, Cherry announced he wanted it to go at least 2 more seasons.
Reese Witherspoon and daughter Ava visited a Beverly Hills medical center together yesterday, showing what looks to be the first signs of a baby bump! Could Reese be preggers with boyfriend Jake Gyllenhaal?

Britney Spears' latest CD, "Circus," has landed her back at #1. The CD will top the album charts when Nielson SoundScan numbers are released today. Estimates have the record selling as many as 500,000 copies in its first week of release.
In a new interview, Mariah Carey says, "People are constantly asking me if I'm pregnant, but I don't like to talk about it too much. I just think about it as the next phase. We'll see." Mariah said she thinks she and Nick Cannon would make good parents. She said, "I've changed my mind about being a mother because I'm with "The One."
There are some reports that T.R. Knight has asked to be released from his contract with "Grey's Anatomy." The actor, who plays Dr. George O'Malley, just isn't happy with his story line anymore and apparently the shows producers and creator are ready to let him go.
Tom Cruise lost his Blackberry while on a promo tour in Toronto. A columnist reports that Cruise did a full-hour interview with "Entertainment Tonight Canada," his people called the studio asking if anyone had found the phone. Of course, no one could "find" the phone filled with celebrity phone numbers in it.
Paula Abdul is upset with her "American Idol" producers for allowing a known stalker Paula Goodspeed get close to her. Paula said she was familiar with a the girl and that she begged producers to not let her audition for Season 5 of the hit show. The Jonas Brothers, Taylor Swift and Lionel Richie have all been confirmed to ring in 2009 from Times Square on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest."
E! news is reporting that all of Britney Spears dancers were drug tested and any that failed were fired from the "Circus" tour. Friends say its all a part of keeping good influences around Britney and that testing dancers is not a common practice.
Sources in LA claim they saw Mariah Carey coming out of a well-known ob/gyn's office, holding "what looked like a sonogram and being greeted by her entourage with cheers..." That's a great way to lay low. A rep for Mariah says the story is not true.
Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler are in negotiations to star in a bounty hunter comedy movie together. It will center around a bounty hunter (Gerard) hired to retrieve his ex-wife (Aniston), who has skipped out on bail. Man, I love Gerard Butler. Have you seen "P.S. I Love You" yet?
Three fans have paid $12,000 to go on a date with Anne Hathaway. The fans paid that much to have drinks with the actress at a fundraiser in Los Angeles. The proceeds benefit the Trevor Project, which is a crisis helpline for teens.
Paula Abdul is so bothered by the fan that commit suicide in front of her house that she hasn't slept there since it happened. Friends say Paula has been staying at different homes and hotels since the incident out of fear. The "American Idol" judge plans to put her house up for sale.
Josh Holloway, who plays Sawyer on "Lost" will be a first time dad in 2009! Josh and his wife Yessica Kumala are expecting their first child together. Season 5 of the show airs January 21st.
If you saw the pictures of Jessica Alba in the Campari Calender that will be coming out in 2009, then you were like most new mom's or girls battling their weight and you thought..."What the hell????" How do celebrities lose all the baby weight in 2 months. Well, she is small, but there are before and after pictures online that show how much airbrushing was done to make her look flawless. It made me feel 10 percent better.

Reilly, William Shatner, Will Farrell, Gwenyth Paltrow, Tobey Maguire, Steve Carell, Tom Hanks, Adam Sandler, Cameron Diaz and Nicole Kidman.
Jennifer Aniston's rep says the actress has not bared her breasts for a new calender. All the photos, including the one where she is under a waterfall with a see-through top on are old and were taken during various photo shoots. So, the people putting out this calendar do not own the rights to the pictures. Jen's lawyers are all over this one.
Rumor has it, Jessica Simpson has moved in with her boyfriend Tony Romo. She recently unpacked her bags at Romo's new home in the upscale suburb of Irving, Texas. A source tells US Weekly, "They are doing great. Now it's Tony, Jes and his roommate!" That's cozy.
Jessica Simpson also apparently has a pet name for her Dallas Cowboys quarterback boyfriend, Tony Romo. Cowboy. I know, I threw up a little in my mouth when I read that too. Its ALMOST as bad as Vanessa Hudgens in HSM calling Zac Efron "Wildcat" through the movie. Yuck. I'm sure you remember The Duggar family. They have 17 children and Michelle Duggar is ready to pop out #18. But, they have agreed to share the birth with the world and will film the birth for TLC. So, I am pretty sure we are gonna see some bergina. And, as Jubal has stated, she is probably so cavernous at this point, a 16 year old would be able to walk out of her private area standing upright.
The CW is considering a "Gossip Girl" spinoff. In fact, one of the hit teen show's episodes later this season may double as a backdoor pilot for a spinoff. Insiders say, such a move would save in pilot costs, and allow the CW a chance to gauge viewer reaction before moving forward on such a companion show.
Katie Holmes says people have the wrong idea about her. Tom Cruise's wife tells the New York Times magazine hitting newsstands Sunday: "There's a misperception about me that I just became a wallflower, this woman who doesn't have any control of her life. And that's pretty wrong. From the very beginning, I've made choices in my life that have been very strong." Katie says she was surprised how down-to-earth her hubby was in person. She says, "WhenI met Tom I was completely in love and yes, I admired him growing up...he's Tom Cruise! When I met him, he was so warm and I thought, Wow! You can be a superstar and a human being. He made me feel so amazing." I am so jealous of Katie, I love Tom too.
Nicole Richie is apparently thrilled that Benji Madden and Paris Hilton have called it quits. A source says Paris' pal Nicole, "never thought Paris was ever really into Benji." Nicole is the baby-momma to Benji's twin brother Joel's baby. Nicole is reportedly telling Benji that he "deserves better."
Morgan Freeman's divorce from his wife, Myrna Colley-Lee, will be both nasty and expensive for the Oscar Winner. Freeman's wife of 24 years stands to rake in more than $100 million in a potential settlement. Original estimates put the actor's net worth in the $75 million to $90 million range, but now it is being reported he may be worth as much as three or four times that amount!!
NY Yankees star Alex Rodriguez finally commented on his relationship with Madonna. He says simply, "We're friends." When asked if there is any romance between them at all, Rodriguez reiterates, "We're friends-that's it." A-Rod added, "I can tell you this. I have never been on a plane with her."

Sources close to the Spears camp say Britney is abusing prescription drugs to try and keep her weight down. Britney has managed to get herself back into shape over the past couple of months, but it has come at a price because she is suffering from insomnia and shaking fits. According to Star magazine, "Britney has come a long way since her shocking mental breakdowns, insiders say she's far from fine. In fact, she is so obsessed over her body that she goes to bed hungry and is abusing a prescription drug to keep her weight down." Another source said that in her desperate attempts to stay slim, she started going for twice weekly colonics to shed the pounds and that sometimes she goes days without eating solid food.
Mark Ruffalo's brother is clinging to life after he was shot in the head in Beverly Hills Monday night. Police say Scott Ruffalo was possibly the victim of a "suspicious shooting" that took place in his own Beverly HIlls apartment. Police are now trying to determine if the shooting was accidental, suicide or whether he was the victim of a crime.
This weekend, John Malkovich hosts SNL, making his third appearance on the show. Musical guests will be T.I. Then, on December 13th, Hugh Laurie will host SNL and the musical guest will be Kanye West.
Anne Heche is expecting her second child, with her new boyfriend and former co-star James Tupper. Anne has a 6 year old son, Homer, with her ex-husband Coley Laffoon. Anne met James while they both starred in "Men in Trees."
Yesterday, Jason Alexander (not the Seinfeld/chicken guy)began a 10 day sentence yesterday in Los Angeles County Jail for a 2006 DUI arrest. You remember him, he was married to Britney Spears for an entire 55 hours after a drunkin' Vegas wedding. He is an old friend from Kentwood, Louisiana. Jason ended up behind bars for not completing his court ordered alcohol rehab program.

Mariah Carey's new husband, Nick Cannon, has reportedly "shocked" his pals by buying his wife a $2 million chalet in Aspen, Colorado. According to sources, Nick wanted to show Mariah how much he loved her and he knows she loves to go to Aspen and didn't want her to have to hassle with renting a cabin when she goes. Nice Christmas gift!
The Disney Channel has ordered more episodes of the hit show "Hannah Montana." Miley and her dad Billy Ray Cyrus will be back for additional episodes for the third season, which has currently aired four episodes. The show is #1 on basic cable among kids ages 6-11.
Jessica Alba sucks!!!! And, I am saying that out of complete jealousy. Jessica is showing off her body-after-baby in the 2009 Campari Calender. She looks amazing. I hate her.
According to gossip reports, Benji Madden dumped Paris Hilton via voicemail before she got a chance to break up with him first. Simon Cowell is said to have been "completely freaked out" after finding out his $250,000 Bentley had been bugged with a tracking device. Simon became suspicious after noticing a motorcyclist who kept showing up outside buildings where he had attended a private meetings. Simon called his security team and they found the device attached under his car and it was pretty high tech.
Olympic hero Michael Phelps has been seen a lot with his cocktail waitress girlfriend Caroline "Caz" Pal, even taking her home to Baltimore for Thanksgiving. But yesterday, his friends said the relationship was not exclusive and Phelps is having a great time. He's been dating a ton of different girls and is enjoying his celebrity. Imagine what this guy is dealing with...girls that are actually letting him touch their boobies!!! Friends also say Michael is aware that a girl like Pal is not the best for his image for his sponsors like AT&T, Kellogg's and Subway.

Will Joel and Nicole actually be walking down the isle? Rumor has it the two have set a wedding date of January 11th, which is daughter Harlow's first birthday. The two wanted the day to be a giant family celebration of both events. Friends say, "They want to set an example for Harlow. Nicole and Joel are doing this to seal their love legally."
THANK GOD. Rosie O'Donnel says she is done with variety shows. Her special, "Rosie Live" aired on NBC last week and BOMBED big time. It was only watched by 5 million viewers, which was actually BEHIND "Knight Rider." That says it all. Reviews of the show say it was not funny and absolutely painful.
Tom Cruise is hoping his fellow Scientologists will help make his new movie "Valkyrie" not a disaster at the box office. Tom is calling on all Scientologists to go see the World War II themed drama when it hits the big screen this holiday season. There are more then 8 million Scientologists world wide and they usually head to the theaters in droves when his films come out.
"CSI" star Marg Helgenberger and long-time husband Alan Rosenberg are calling it quits after almost 20 years of marriage. Helgenberger has bought her own home and moved out of the house she and Alan had shared. There is no word what caused the split. The two have and 18 year old son together.
Tabloids are reporting Jennifer Aniston turned down her boyfriend John Mayer's recent marriage proposal. Jen reportedly declined John's offer because she didn't want to damage their relationship, which they recently rekindled after splitting up in August. Last week, TMZ ran photographs where Michael Phelps' girlfriend appeared to be posing topless in a series of photos. His new girlfriend is a cocktail server at the Palms Casino. Phelps must be serious, since he took her home to meet his family. If you haven't noticed, Michael has been quite the casino lizard since the Olympics, but insiders say he has been taking poker lessons in the hopes of playing in the World Series of Poker in Vegas next year.
