So, Zac Efron is out, but is Chace Crawford possibly his replacement for the lead in the remake of "Footloose"? I guess Chace auditioned this past weekend and sources at E! say he did very well.
Britney Spears reportedly left a voicemail for her legal team back on Jan. 21st, 2009 and someone has leaked it. How much can you trust your legal team when they are leaking your voicemails??? Anyway, Britney gives them her name and says she wants to make sure they are doing their job in regards to her keeping her visitation times with her kids while her dad was still fighting to keep his conservatorship going.
Meanwhile, Britney seems to have found the new K-Fed!! Her dad Jamie left town for a business meeting and while he was gone, Brit Brit decided to have some fun. She apparently hooked up with one of the dancers from her "Circus" tour, some dancer named Gio. The two apparently had a few romantic interludes, but once her dad got back with the tour, things have cooled off. She literally does need a babysitter, that is so sad.
Jamie Kennedy and his "Ghost Whisperer" costar Jennifer Love Hewitt were vacationing in Mexico last week when Jamie started feeling very sick. The problem: Kidney Stones. So, the two flew back to LA Wednesday morning for Jamie to go to the hospital back here in the states and is apparently on the mend.
Actor Matt Dillon was looking at a criminal charge for driving 106 mph on a Vermont interstate. But he had the charge dropped after pleading guilty to speeding and paying an $828 fine. The 44 year old was stopped Dec. 30th on Interstate 91 in rural Vermont. Because of the excessive speed, he was also charged with negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Lady Gaga seemed drunk onstage on a French-Canadian TV show. Gaga sang "Poker Face" on Quebec's version of "American Idol" then did an interview afterwards. She looked absolutely out of it, and was made fun of by several newspapers the next day.
In the May Issue of Vanity Fair, Gisele Bundchen says that Tom Brady's son from another woman is 100 percent hers. The model admits that she has never met the boy's mother, Brady's ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. She says, "its not like because somebody else delivered him, that's not my child. I feel it is, 100 perecent."
A-Rod may be rich, but he doesn't wash his hands after he goes pee!!!! Eeeeeeew! He was partying this past weekend at the Caribou Club in Aspen, used the restroom, came out of a stall, went to the sink, primped her hair and walked out. NO HAND WASHING PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

Gossip reports are claiming that Rihanna has asked Chris Brown to apologize on television for his alleged assault on her last month. The singer has been in regular contact with Oprah Winfrey since the February 8th incident and thinks a public apology on Oprah's show could help mend their relationship. Chris Brown has been charged with assault and making criminal threats to Rihanna. He is scheduled to be arraigned on April 6th. An insider said, "Chris said 'no' at first, but bought himself some time by saying he needed to think about it and talk with his mom Joyce. But he is desperate to win back the American public and he's realised this could be the perfect way."
Katherine Heigl says she wants to stay on "Grey's Anatomy" if her character in the show survives brain surgery. There were reports that the actress wanted to leave the show. But, Heigl says she would like to stay on the show but she is not sure if her character will survive, that call is up to the shows creator.
Paris Hilton and her newest boyfriend, Doug Reinhardt were involved in a club fight over the weekend in Miami. Apparently, Paris went up to the DJ booth to ask for a few song requests, telling them the techno was giving her a migraine. The DJ's bouncer didn't like that and attacked Paris by pushing her. Doug Reinhardt stepped in and defended his woman. Paris says she thanks God Doug was there to rescue her because all hell broke loose. She described the scene as bloody and something out of a movie. Drama queen. The scuffle left Doug with a bloody lip, but no serious injuries. The DJ says he was defending himself and Paris is the one that was physical first and says her entire story is "rubbish."
A "friend" of VP Joe Biden's daughter, Ashley, is trying to hawk a videotape that he says shows her snorting cocaine at a house party this month in Delaware. The guy who shot the video showed the New York Post about 90 seconds of the 43-minute tape as proof he had it. The video was taken legally and apparently Ashley knew she was being filmed.
The grandmother of the Malawi girl Madonna wants to adopt says she will stop the singer from "stealing" her. Orphaned 4 year old Mercy James' grandmother told the Sun, "Why doesn't this singer pick other children? It is stealing. I want to go to court, I won't let her go." The 61 year old granny claims she was badgered by officials at the orphanage, telling her they wanted the little girl to have a better education and home for Mercy. Grandma goes on to say, "But I am sticking to the initial agreement that Mercy will return home to me after she reaches 6 years old." Mercy was placed in the orphanage after her 18 year old mother died 5 days after giving birth to her. Mercy's dad was a school aged boy that died from Aids.
Candy Spelling has a lot going on, not only does she have her new tell-all book (memoir...) "Stories From Candyland," due out March 31st. She is also selling her $150 million dollar, 56,000 square foot home where she has lived since 1991. Spelling is now moving into a $47 million condo with 17,000 square feet. Spelling said she decided to sell the home once Tori stopped visiting her and she realized she didn't need that much space. Candy says, "I don't see Tori and Dean anymore. I used to see Liam, but no longer. And I've never met Stella." Candy also says, "I've tried to talk to her, but that doesn't work. She may not even know why she's angry."
There are a few possibly bad movie remakes in the works...first, a new "Ghostbusters" movie is moving ahead with the original cast and possibly Paul Rudd and Seth Rogan joining him. Then, the second movie will star the late Crocodile Hunter's daughter Bindi Irwin starring in "Free Willy: South Africa." I doubt I will see either.

Britney Spears is in talks to join Michael Jackson on stage during some of his London shows. Michael has 50 gigs lined up at the O2 Arena later this year and there are reports that he would like to have Britney join him at some dates.
Meanwhile, Britney is going to have to find a few new roadies for her "Circus" tour, since two were arrested for assault on police officers yesterday in Pittsburgh. Of course, Britney's people are saying they weren't really her employees, they were contractors with the company they hired to set up the shows, but they absolutely do not condone their behavior!
It looks like 16 year old Nick Jonas has a new girlfriend. This time its 17 year old Disney artist, Jordan Pruitt. Let's see how long this one lasts and if he too sends text messages when he dumps girlfriends like his brother Joe does.
T.I. will appear in a federal courtroom today for sentencing on weapons charges related to some machine guns and silencers. He is expected to be sentenced to one year and one day (so he has to serve his time in a federal prison instead of jail) and was ordered to pay $100,000 in fines. He also served 1000 hours of community service in order to get the deal, in which he spoke to kids about not getting involved with guns, drugs and gangs.
Holly Madison is the latest celeb to get injured during rehearsals for "Dancing with the Stars." Holly was complaining of pains in her side, they checked her out and said she did not break any ribs, but did give her some pain meds to help her get through practices. She is very committed to the show and said she will be competing on the next show.

OK! magazine is reporting that Jamie Lynn Spears and her boyfriend/babby daddy Casey Aldridge have called off their wedding. A source claims, "They are still in love, living together and very happy, but they have no plans to get married. Jamie Lynn has everything she wants and feels no need for a ring and a piece of paper.
"CSI" star Marg Helgenberger has filed for divorced from from her husband Alan Rosenberg. The couple married in 1989 and separated last December. She's asking for spousal support anf for Rosenberg to split attorney fees.
Star magazine is reporting that Sean Penn was caught making out with Natalie Portman! Sources say the married actor and Portman had dinner together at Sunset Tower Hotel Bar in West Hollywood earlier this month. That is when a witness spotted the two making out in the hotel. The person also says that the two then disappeared for about 45 minutes.
Police in Los Angeles have arrested the stalker of Olympian Shawn Johnson outside the "Dancing with the Stars" set on Tuesday. The 34 year old man jumped a fence at CBS Studios where the show was filming but was caught by security. Police then found a loaded shotgun, a loaded Colt .45 handgun, love letters and Johnson memorabilia in the man's car. There has been a restraining order taken out against him and he remains in an LA jail.
Kobe Bryants former housekeep is suing the NBA star and his wife Vanessa for "harassment and humiliation." The woman claims she was denied health insurance and forced to quit because of "intolerable" working conditions. The lawsuit seeks all sorts of damages. The woman actually says Vanessa made her stick her hand in a bag of dog poop to try and find a receipt from a new shirt Vanessa claims the maids ruined. Maria Jimenez claims Vanessa also called her many names and expletives.
Britney Spears has rented out a colonial-style seven bedroom mansion in New Jersey so that she and her kids don't have to stay in hotels while she tours on the East coast. Britney is renting the home in the same neighborhood as Diddy, Chris Rock, Mary J. Blige and it will ONLY cost her $30,000 a month! What a steal! The house is on the market for $8 million.
Mariah Carey dropped $200 on furniture, including a pink crib and highchair from a high end children's store in San Francisco for the new Hollywood home she intends to buy with husband Nick Cannon. The home they are buying apparently looks like a European castle and costs around $125 million!!! Its got 45 thousand square feet! If they have children, they could loose them!!
Valerie Bertinelli is on the cover of "People" magazine...in a bikini!! Two years ago, she weighed in at 172 and is just 5'4. Then, she became a Jenny Craig spokesperson and lost 40 pounds. But Valerie was still afraid to take a picture in a bikini and decided to just take that challenge on. She upped her exercise to daily running, cut her calories from 1700 a day to 1200 and shed a few more pounds to take the picture for the cover of "People." She looks AWESOME and is 49!!! Good job Valerie!!

Kim Kardashian and her family are taking legal action against Hustler Entertainment over a XXX spoof of their reality show titled, "Keeping it UP with the KardASSians." E! Entertainment is also considering their legal options.
Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham has vowed to NEVER release any new music . OH NO!!! Victoria said that she wants to focus on her new fashion career instead of trying to record more music. She said, "I'm never going to sing again. I am a fashion designer now." Victoria got too reviews for her work at fashion week, but not very good reviews when the Spice Girls had their reunion.
Linday Lohan is blaming her new work on her fans. Lindsay actually said, "If people would just leave my personal life alone...then I could land a great role, but all the sicko fans and the noise is so distracting." The actress hasn't appeared in a movie since 2007. Lindsay went on to say, "I don't drink, I don't do drugs, and I don't lie. I love to act and write and be creative and I want to help people by playing characters that can send a positive message out to whomever may need it."
A man is suing the Lili Claire Foundation after he claimed he paid over $30,000 to meet Angelina Jolie, but never got to meet the actress. He says its been 2 years since he paid that large amount and he has not gotten the meet and greet he paid for or his money back! Now, he wants his money back, plus damages.
Speaking of Angelina, back when "Casino Royale" was still being developed, it was rumored that Angelina Jolie was offered the role of Vesper Lynd, but dropped out due to pregnancy and scheduling. Reports claimed that she wanted Vesper "toughened up" before she would accept the role and that she'd "rather be baddie that eye candy." Now, "The Insider" is reporting that "Bond 23" producers are still looking to re-team Daniel Craig with his "Tomb Raider" co-star. A source claims Angelina met with Bond producers over the weekend and is still very interested in joining the next film.
In a new interview, Milye Cyrus says she can't be Hannah Montana forever. She says she has to have something after the hit Disney show because she can't do it when she is 30. She adds "a lot of people put where the show's future lays in my hands, and it's up to Disney."
"Ghost Whisperer" co-stars Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy flew down to Mexico this past weekend for a romantic weekend getaway. There are pictures of the two in the pool and on their balcony.

Kid Rock and Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls will be performing at the 25th Anniversary of WrestleMania on April 5th at Reliant Stadium in Houston. Kid Rock will sing a medly of all his hits, all whilst the WWE Divas are on stage with him. Nicole will sing America the Beautiful. Also confirmed to attend, Oscar nominated actor Mickey Rourke, who has been "fake feuding" with WWE Superstar Chris Jericho since the actor fake challenged him to a fake fight in January. Ooooooooh. What will happen???
Shia LaBeouf makes millions per film, but will not stand for a $3 ATM fee!!! Shia apparently left the restaurant because he didn't want to pay the fee and eventually found a Bank of America, where he clearly banks, and used their machine for free. EXACTLY what Bender would do. I'm too lazy.
People claiming to be friends of Jennifer Aniston have told Star Magazine that she dumped John Mayer after finding out the singer spent HOURS on Twitter, but claimed he was always too busy to contact her or call her back. Jen was PISSED when she saw that he had time to Twitter every 5 minutes to strangers, but doesn't have time to call her back.
David Letterman and his longtime girlfriend, Regina Lasko, got married Thursday at a courthouse in Montana. The two have been dating since 1986 and I am not even exaggerating!! The two have one son, Harry.
Octomom Nadya Suleman has fired the free team of nurses donated to her by "Angels in Waiting." Wow, talk about looking a gift horse in the mouth. Nadya says they were only there to spy on her and report to CPS. She even called 911 to have famed attorney Gloria Allred removed from her home. Gloria was representing Angels and tried to talk her out of it, but then someone inside the house called police and asked that Gloria be removed.
OMG!!!! Entertainment Weekly is reporting that "High School Musical" star Zac Efron has pulled out of the planned remake of "Footloose." The original in 1984 musical starred kevin Bacon and Paramount is now looking for a new talent to "reinvigorate the franchise."

Star magazine claims Rihanna is worried that a sex tape of her and Chris Brown will find its way onto the internet. Rihanna allegedly let Chris film them having sex and is now worried that the tape could ruin her career. A source told the tabloid,"Rihanna has no issues with her sexuality. But, she would be mortified if her friends and family found this out. This whole beating incident was humiliating for her. She's already traumatized and will do anything to make it all go away as quickly as possible."
Whitney Port and Robert Buckly (my LOVE from "Lipstick Jungle") were seen together, sharing saliva at a party in Miami. They co-hosted a party at The Shore in South Beach and a source told E! that the two were seen making out at Nobu later as they had dinner with a group of friends. Whitney recently dumped Jay Lyon, who stars on "The City" with her.
Madonna has apparently dumped Jesus...her 22 year old model boyfriend after he was caught cheating on 50 year old Madge with a MUCH younger lingerie model at a party in his home city of Rio. Some say Madonna honestly wasn't that into him and thought their relationship could ruin her chances of a second adoption of a child from Malawi.
Troubled actor Tom Sizemore may be in trouble again. This time, Sizemore is accused of stealing cell phones and other items from a Verizon Wireless store in LA. The actor and another man were being investigated for Grand theft, but the LAPD won't confirm.

A restraining order against Britney Spears ex-boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, was made permanent for THREE YEARS by a judge in California. The judge also extended the temporary restraining order against her former manager Sam Lutfi until April 1st. The restraining order against the two was filed by Britney's dad.
Meanwhile, Britney Spears has turned down a $3 million dollar autobiography deal, because she wants more. Apparently, she met with publishers before she went on tour to discuss a big money deal to share her life with fans. Britney wants $8 million.
According to new reports, Rihanna has broken up with Chris Brown. The two allegedly gave decided to spend time apart to re-evaluate their relationship. YOU THINK?????? The two are currently on opposite coasts, Rihanna in New York, while Chris is in LA working on his new CD.
I think Chris Brown's ENTIRE entourage needs anger management classes. Clearly Chris needs it after beating up poor Ri-Ri, but now one of his bodyguards beat up some poor guy that works out at the same gym as Chris, when the man tried to take a picture for his son. Geeez....what a bully.

Heather Locklear will not be back on "Melrose Place." She played the key role of Amanda Woodward on the original series, but has turned down an offer to join the cast of the CW's update of the hit series. The remake is set for the fall and has already cast Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Jessica Lucas, Michael Rady and Katie Cassidy.
Former "Will & Grace" star Eric McCormack is returning to the sitcom world with a starring role in an untitled half-hour pilot for ABC. It centers of two friends who head out on very different paths. McCormack plays a heart surgeon with a new baby at home, and Reno Wilson is a contractor with a new empty nest. Jolie jenkins will play Eric's wife and Constance Zimmer ("Entourage") will play the other guys old lady. I guess this means Eric's show with Tom Cavanaugh on TNT, "Trust Me" has been canceled???
Kobe Bryant was back in a courtroom...this time for jury duty. Bryant showed up at the Orange County Civil Courthouse yesterday and took a seat with 200 other potential jurors. Its seems his status as an NBA superstar didn't get him out of getting a jury summons AND he was apparently assigned to a case. It is now up to lawyers to decide if he would make a good juror.

Madonna's ex-husband has found himself a new friend to hang out with and it might actually make Madonna a bit jealous. Guy Ritchie was spotted on a dinner date with Elle MacPherson at a restaurant in London's Notting Hill. The two were there until about 12:30am and tried to leave separately so no one would get a picture. Total upgrade for Guy!
Us Weekly is reporting that country singer turned actress, LeAnn Rimes, is having an affair with her TV movie costar Eddie Cibrian. The two are costarring in the new Nora Roberts adaption Northern Lights on Lifetime.
The first celebrity to get the boot from "Dancing with the Stars" is former Go-Go's singer Belinda Carlisle and her dance partner Jonathan Roberts.
John Mayer decided to break his silence about his breakup with Jennifer Aniston...in his Twitter page! He explained to his fellow twitters how Ernest Hemingway once claimed you could tell a whole story with just 6 words. So that is how he explained their split. Taylor Hicks can't even sell a concert out...with tickets that are free!! Taylor is playing tonight at The Roxy on Sunset Boulevard in LA. Tickets were about $39, but weren't moving at all. So, they started selling them for ZERO dollars and still...NO BUYERS!! All that the promoter was charging was the $8.75 service charge.
Justin Timberlake has added tequila to his business empire. JT was recently seen touring and tasting at a Mexican distillery and a spokeswoman said."This is one of his many meetings over the last two years in development of his tequila business.
Lily Allen got sick in front of her fans after kicking off her UK tour the other night. She was singing on stage before leaving and throwing up on the pavement outside the venue in Glasgow, Scotland. Lily managed to regain her composure and was able to still take pictures with fans. Is she preggers??

There were rumors out just yesterday, coming from the New York Daily News, stating Rihanna was meeting with movie producers about doing a remake of the 1992 movie "The Bodyguard" starring Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston. Rihanna's people say it is not true. They say Rihanna isnt working at all on any movie deals right now.
SNL comic Andy Samberg has been picked to host the 18th annual MTV movie awards. It will be his first time hosting the show which will air on May 31st. MTV exec's say they are giving him free reign to mock all the movies up for the awards.
Paramount and Dreamworks have already picked a release date for "Transformers 3" even though #2 hasn't hit theaters yet. "Transformers 3" is set for release on July 1, 2011. No deals have been signed yet for director Michael Bay or Shia LaBeouf, nor has a writer even been hired! "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" will be out June 24, 2009, one week before the July 4th holiday weekend.
DJ-AM wants $20 million for damages, pain and suffering related to a learjet crash that he survived last September. DJ AM and drummer Travis Barker were the sole survivors of the deadly crash that killed both pilots and Barkers assistant and bodyguard.
Former porn star Jenna Jamison is now the proud mother of twins! The two babies fell out of her sometime this morning. No word yet on whether she had boys or girls or names.
Jackass star Steve-O might be side lined from "Dancing with the Stars" for a few weeks. That caused his spine to land on his microphone pack he was wearing. Seriously?? This is a guy that has blown bottle rockets out of his ass and landing on his microphone pack has him out???
Madonna's publicist has confirmed that Madonna is interested in adopting from Malawi again. Despite all the scrutiny surrounding her first adoption, Madonna wants a brother or sister for little David from his home country of Malawi.

An arrest warrant was issued on Friday for Lindsay Lohan by the Beverly Hills Superior Court. The police say the $50,000 warrant stems from May 2007 arrest of Lilo for DUI and hit-and-run. TMZ says the warrant was issued after officials from the alcohol education program claimed she wasn't complying with the terms of her probation. She has not been arrested yet, or turned herself in, but her lawyer went to court this morning on her behalf.
Lindsay Lohan apparently decided the best way to deal with the news of an arrest warrant was to get hammered. She partied at Jack Nicholson's Hollywood home until 4:30am without girlfriend Samantha Ronson. Once Lindsay got home, the two had a huge fight, which forced neighbors to call police after Lindsay threw a vase through a window.
Rihanna was in NYC over the weekend to have some meetings about movie projects: including a proposed remake of 1992's Whitney Houston/Kevin Costner film "The Bodyguard." Oh thank God, we reeaaallly needed that.
The rumors about Rihanna and Chris Brown working together in recent weeks on a duet are not true. The song's producer said the track was cut a long time before the "incident."
Charlie Sheen and his wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen are now the proud parents of twin boys, Bob and Max. The babies were born on Saturday.

Kirstie Alley just wants to grocery shop in peace!!! Apparently, the former Jenny Craig spokesperson, who has gained a lot of her weight back, is followed around the store by people who want to see what she is eating. So, she asked the manager of the store if he would close the store down for an hour for her to shop alone. He said yes, but said she would have to spend at least $5,000. She politely declined that offer.
A publishing source says that a former American Idol employee is shopping around a tell-all book. The author claims that certain contestants are pre-selected "plants" and these "chosen few" bypass the usual process by skipping the early audition rounds and are ushered right to the front of the line. The former employee also says that contestants are strong-armed into singing certain songs. Producers know that if a contestant sings a song that's not well known or appropriate for their style, they're more likely to be voted off, so essentially they can control the voting process. Then, there is the best part. The "source" claims Paula carries around TWO GALLON SIZED ziplock bags full of orange prescription bottles. And apparently that is just the beginning.
David Hasselhoff's ex, Pamela Bach, was arrested the other night for DUI in Southern California's San Fernando Valley. The 46 year old actress was taken into custody after causing a rear end collision complained of minor injuries. She was booked for a felony at Van Nuys jail after others involved in the collision complained of minor injuries. Bach is due in court on April 6th.
Madonna made a grand entrance when she pranced in to the Nassau Coliseum Wednesday night to catch Britney Spears "Circus" tour and MADE SURE the entire crowd saw her entire the arena. When she walked up the stairs side stage, she smirked when the crowd when crazy. Attention whore.

The attorney which was one in control of the late Anna Nicole Smith was arrested last night along with two of Anna's doctors on charges they gave Smith a ton of drugs before he overdose in 2007. The California attorney general's office says Stern and Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, along with Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, are charged with three felony counts of conspiracy and several other charges of fraudulent prescriptions. Kappor and Stern surrendered and posted bond last night, the third doctor is expected to surrender on Monday. Prosecutors say the doctors gave dozens of different prescription drugs, including opiates and benzodiazepines to Stern, who then gave them to Smith.
I don't mean to beat a dead horse,, but I have to follow up on the breakup of Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer. We reported it yesterday, but weren't too sure if it was true. Now, People magazine says the story is true and they have sources that have confirmed it. I guess Mayer dumped Jen once she got back from Europe to promote "Marley & Me." The two just spent time along in the Bahama's before Jen left for Europe and looked all touchy-feely at the airport.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Aniston did an interview with the British magazine "Hello!" and admitted in the interview that she will love Brad Pitt for the rest of her life. The actress says she doesn't regret a single moment she spent with Pitt. I think she says this stuff to get Angelina all worked up!

Gisele Bundchen says that now she and Tom Brady are married she is ready to make some babies!!!! The 28 year old supermodel says, "I want a big family." She also says that her favorite quality about Brady is that he is "Naive, almost like a child."
Sources claims Mariska Hargitay is ready to quite "Law & Order: SVU" after her latest medical setback. The 45 year old actress has made it known that she wants out of the series to spend more time with her family, but the source says her recent hospitalization has increased her desire to leave the show. Hargitay's publicist says she has no plans to leave.
Mandy Moore is now a married woman!!! Mandy and her longtime boyfriend singer Ryan Adams tied the knot Tuesday in Savannah, Georgia. The two married secretly since Mandy had said recently that she wanted the wedding to "be less of a big deal." Apparently all her friends hate Ryan and think he is an ass. Im sure that wasn't an uncomfortable reception.
E! Online is reporting that Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer have possibly split up again???? A source says that their on-again, off-again relationship may have ended when Aniston returned from her European tour to promote "Marley & Me." The source says it was Mayer that "broke up with her after she got back from her European tour."
Remember when Kellogg's dropped Olympian Michael Phelps after that pot-smoking photo surfaced? Well, the San Francisco Food Bank has received two tons of Corn Flakes and Frosted Flakes in boxes featuring Phelps face. The Food Bank's director says cereal is usually very hard to get as a donation. But, he says, the food bank regularly gets products "with packages no longer desirable."
Sad news for Harry Potter fans. There was a secret test screening of the sixth movie and they were NOT impressed. The fans were blasting producers for making key characters and plot-lines from JK Rowling's best-seller disappear!! One fans said, "Anyone who has read the book will be severely disappointed."
Chris Brown has withdrawn his name from Nickelodeon's Kids Choice Awards ballot. A rep says "Chris Brown appreciates the support of his fans and the honor they have paid him in the way of nominations" but the "controversy surrounding the incident last month has shifted the focus from the music." The rep also says that Chris wants to talk to his fans directly about the Rihanna incident and when legal matters are resolved, he will do so.
Meanwhile, the woman believed to have sent the text message that set off the entire beat down session on Rihanna is Chris Brown's longtime manager Tina Davis. She has been rumored for years to have been romantically linked to Brown, who is MUCH younger then her. He is 19, she is 40. She denies anything other then business.

was According to a friend of the family, Chris Brown attacked Rihanna after she hit him with her shoes. Welford Hart lives with Chris' mom and said that Chris was provoked by Rihanna. He told the NY Post, "When you take off your shoes and beat someone with high heels, that's going to hurt. He reacted and tried to get him to stop hitting her, but she kept screaming." Still not O.K.
Nicole Richie says she's not sure if she'll marry Joel Madden, the father of her daughter Harlow and baby #2 on the way. In an interview, Nicole said, "I don't know about the future. I make it a custom not to plan the future. I may plan to and I may not."
Nicole does say that Joel is a great father and has a great personality. Not very romantic of a description.
Nadya Suleman, aka Octo-Mom, has found a house in La Habra, CA, which is about 30 minutes outside of LA. Looks like her family website taking all major credit cards has helped her out. The house she bought was over a half a million and has 4 bedrooms and is about 2600 square feet. Nadya has also decided to take the help offered by the "Angels" organization, which will support her with a team of nurses when the babies come home.
Jessica Simpson is said to be upset after dating Tony Romo for over a year and still no wedding proposal. A source told "O.K.!" magazine, "Jessica was really hoping that she was going to get an engagement ring. She wanted one for Christmas, then she thought maybe New Years Eve, then her last hope was Valentines day...but no ring. Jessica was overheard complaining about Tony's commitment issues while having dinner with her married little sister Ashlee.
Sources claim Megan Fox and "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson are an item. The two have been seen together several times together in LA and she even flew to Canada to see him on the set of his latest movie, the "Twilight" sequel "New Moon."
But...are things not totally over with Megan and Brian Austin Green? The two were seen having lunch at The Ivy At the Shore on Sunday in Santa Monica on Sunday. Maybe they are just friends.

Uh-oh JoBro fans. Not good news. IMDB.com has voted their movie, "Jonas Brothers: The 3D Concert Experience" as the worst movie of ALL TIME. Other movies on the list go back as far as the 1960's, but this movie is one of three shot past the year 2000.
Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is set to star in the new remake of "Melrose Place." And not just as a guest star...she gets the LEAD. Ashlee actually started out as an actress, getting her big break on "7th Heaven." On "Melrose," Ashlee will play Violet, a bright-eyed but shrewd small-town girl and recent L.A. transplant who has come to town with a secret. Also a treat for Ashlee and Pete Wentz, the two will guest star on an upcoming episode of "CSI" this season.
Remember Melissa Rycroft? Well, it was just last week that we all got to watch her get dumped by her fiance, Bachelor Jason Mesnick on "The Bachelor" since he changed his mind and decided he wanted to be with Molly instead. Well, no worries Melissa fans, she is bouncing back just fine and is joining the cast of "Dancing with the Stars." Two stars, Jewel and Nancy O'Dell have both had to drop out due to injuries, so Melissa will take over for Nancy and Holly Madison (The Girls Next Door) will be taking over for Jewel.
Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel are planning to get married in Italy over the summer. The couple have been dating for 2 years and decided to get married in Italy after Jessica was a bridesmaid for her former "7th Heaven" co-star Beverly Mitchell at her wedding in the country. Michael Jackson is expected to announce 10 more London concerts because almost 1 million people have already registered to see him in his final shows. The UK's Mirror reported that the new dates at the 02 arena will be announced soon. More then 14,000 people per minute visited the website to register for pre-sale tickets.
Meanwhile, British tabloids report that Michael Jackson was told to leave when he popped into the lobby of his posh London hotel. New of the World reports Michael had to be held up by his bodyguards, who helped him back to his suite.
"High School Musical" star Zac Efron says he and his mother are comfortable talking about sex. After photos came out showing Zac and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens shopping in a sex toys shop, Zac's mom asked him what he was there buying. Zac swears it was not sex toy shop, but I think he is lying. Zac says his mom stuffed his Christmas stocking with condoms. Ummmm, wouldn't that have been SANTA that left him condoms? Eeeew.
Nadya Suleman's most recent publicist, Victor Munoz has quit! That is publicist #2. He says, "Nadya got really greedy. This woman is nuts. It just got to be too much." Ocotomom's first publicist quit after she and her firm received over 100 graphic e-mail and voicemail death threats.
Taylor Swift knows it's only a matter of time before she does "a Britney." And the 19 year old says the photographers can't wait to snap her falling out of a club drunk. She says, "I definitely think there are a lot of people who are waiting for me to do something wrong and I think it's inevitable that in my life I'm going to eventually. People do things wrong."
